“Today we came in and had an early dinner. We are visiting the area while my husband works disaster relief. This was my favorite dining experience here. Hands down. We had the pleasure of being served by Tyrese . I ordered half muffuletta that was so huge I couldn’t even take down half of a half! My husband ordered Blackened Chicken served over grit cakes…. Everything that came to our table was nothing short of perfect. Tyrese was very pleasant and informative on the menu. We 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you for the great service .“

“If you enjoy seafood this is your place to go! Plan on getting messy! They do give you protective gear such as, bibs, gloves and big rolls of paper towels. 😉 You will pay for the quality and huge portion. The drink are free refills. They will do just about any combination you would like. The flavors are out of this world. I would recommend the combo of all sauce flavors. We cannot wait to go back. So yummy 😋.“

“Gritty hidden gem in the ‘hood. KKC tucked away inside this gas station might look rundown but the food makes up for it. Jefe running the chicken counter is friendly and eager to please his customers, always hooks you up with just a bit more to show you how much he appreciates all his customers; this keeps you coming back every time. Don’t let the local area scare you off too much. Worth it for a true fried chicken lover!“

“We had the beef pho it was delicious! No MSG and straight bone broth! Healthy and delicious. We also had the Cajun catfish and coconut shrimp. Catfish was so tender and seasoned well. The coconut shrimp tasted very coconut forward and fresh. We also had the firecracker shrimp as the appetizer and the shrimps were so big! Definitely going to come back again.“

“I got the curry goat dinner… It was delicious very flavorful. It came with black beans and rice and cabbage. The large potion you could get 2 to 3 meals out of it. I got a piece of jerk chicken breast with sauce delicious as well.“

“As a vegan I always have to be creative with what I'm purchasing if Im Out and about.I always get their fries , potatoes and corn without butter just seasoning.I've been going to this location for some time.I will say the fries are good but not as good as they use to be. A little skimp on the seasoning.Other than that everything else is good.A perfect place to get food without spending an arm and a leg.“

“We came here for our anniversary and had my sights on this place for a while (I love Cajun food). We had a bit of a snafu and didn't bring our IDs and were carded (we had been in Florida a week at this point and this was the first time we were asked to prove id 😂), we were a little frustrated at first but obviously we realize the waitress was doing her duty and would not wanted her to get in any sort of trouble on our account. The restaurant manager apologized and included our desserts for the night, certainly he was under no obligation to do so we really appreciated the gesture...one of the piano players congratulated us (along with the room) and a couple in the room ended up paying for our meal. Needless to say we were astonished by the back to back gestures...will definitely pay it forward to another couple down the road.

All that aside our food was great. I've seen some remarks about portions but from my perspective the portions coincided neatly with the value of the meal (and we thought this before even requesting our check). My wife got the jambalaya and I got the crawfish Étouffée. I think I like her jambalaya slightly more but the Étouffée was still really good. Thank you Pat Obrien's staff, the customers, and pianists for making our night memorable, this is definitely a must stop at if were ever at Universal City Walk.“

“Krispy and Krunchy it is! A nice spicy kick which is not overpowering adds to the flavor profile. My only wish is that I had this chicken directly from the fire. Seems like their chicken establishments are contained within service stations.“

“Me and my family ate here last night and the shrimp I had was very flavorful. The portioning was also great for the price. The star of the show was our server Tiané! She was so sweet and actually took the time to interact with us. We would recommend asking for her if you’re gonna come here. We will definitely be back to this location!“
