“So I got Pizza Hut today and ordered a personal pan with no beef, no pork, bacon(pork yes) no mushrooms so really a personal pan pepperoni, bacon, onions and peppers. I received a personal pan with pepperoni and bacon. I was like whatever cause it was just a personal pan and I had it delivered because I have no transportation. After that second bite I was like no cause I really needed to have those onions and peppers. So I called the store to let them know. I spoke with Josie who listened to my complaint, apologized about the confusion and sent me my corrected pizza. I didn’t think I would get a replacement but I did. I’m appreciative because my daughter was like who eats food mad, It was me..I was gonna eat my pizza mad because I didn’t think Pizza Hut would think it was worth the fuss but Josie did and that is awesome customer service. “Food and service are always phenomenal! The manager Brian Payne makes sure your food came out like you ordered and is good. The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. “This is a well Loved, always busy place in the Longwood area. Saying this I've always been able to get my order fast and it's always been perfect. Using the driver thru or eating inside hasn't ever been a problem. Kind friendly staff,clean dining areas with plenty of parking always. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and Mom had the Culver's double cheeseburger without cheese and we were both satisfied. Great experience every time. “First time visiting came in around 130. My child with special needs was hungry and I wasn't willing to drive further away from her upcoming appointment which was in 30 minutes. The place was clean, staff welcomed us upon entry, and greeted me quickly at the counter. The cashier was super nice l. Explained all food provided on the menu. Ordered and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Which gave me time to get my kids to drink, pick a table grab crayons 🖍 and kids color paper sit down for maybe 2 minutes and she came with our meals. The food was hot and fresh. Libby is an employee of this Chick-fil-A and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She came over to my table to offer refills for me and my friends, but ended up making a lasting impression on us! “Five stars isn’t enough. This was hands down the best Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. First off, Jayonah was incredible, friendly, attentive, and just on point with everything. You could tell she genuinely cared and took pride in her work. She made us feel welcome from the second we walked in.

And the speed? Unreal. Bro, as soon as we tapped our card, not even 10 seconds later the food was coming out. I’ve never seen anything like it. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfect.

This location is doing everything right, and Jayonah is a big part of that. I really hope management sees this, because she absolutely deserves recognition, and definitely a promotion. She made a great impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of how smooth and exceptional the whole visit was. Im from brevard and I never seen this type of service.

The fries are equally delicious (and fresh) and they serve an absurd amount of them. There is a standard portion size, but they throw practically double the portion into the bag of food.

“Not usually a fan of Americanized fried fusion items (not everything is fried, of course) but King Bao is the obvious exception. The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. I wish I could comment on more of the menu, but I'm such a sucker for the truffle tots and the Firecracker Shrimp bao that I tend to find myself ordering the usual instead of trying out new options. There's a chicken bao that's really good too, and I remember one of the specials a little while back (not sure if they still have it), the Baja Avocado was bomb.“
