“I don't know why this place would have anything less than five stars. I called there store panicked because Uber Eats did not send my order to them for a large lunch. Allison answered the phone got me taken care of told me it would be in about an hour the pizza showed up in 35 minutes with the manager driving it! Made me look like a rockstar and I appreciate it!“

“The service at the Florida mall location is very good, Wiscar welcomed us as soon as we stepped in to the store, explained the menu to us and offered options, we sat to wait and she brought the order to our table (super nice of her) the churros were delicious!!! They came fresh and hot, we got the 14 churros with Dulce de leche and Nutella! I highly recommend this order and this location, the store and sitting areas were clean and had plenty of space, I will be back soon!“

“Amazing food the fries were fresh and really crispy (just get them). Seasoned and battered. . The chicken kebab was perfect with a slight aoice but so juicy and best I have ever had! There were great unlimited sauces and the people were so so so nice!! The white sauce slathered on is a a must. The hot sauce and the green cilantro chutney was also delicious. The r lamb was succulent. I have Thad a lot of cart in NYC… this was the best! Special for iftar“

My tasty food was delivered by another nice young lady, she asked if we needed anything else and to let her know if she could do anything else for us. I find all the people they are so friendly and work so hard to make the customers happy. They are also well trained and seemed happy working there which reflects the mood of the restaurant.“

“Food and service are always phenomenal! The manager Brian Payne makes sure your food came out like you ordered and is good. The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. “This was the first time I came to this location, and the first time with so.eone that needed accessible parking. We all k ow how good their food is, and how awesome their lemonade is but this time it was a little different. My relatives dietary needs are different than mine and I was able to get grilled chicken instead of breaded; fruits instead of fries, and their lemonade with sugar substitute. Made his day! Plenty of accessible parking, easy to use restrooms, and as always very courteous service. Glad I went!“

“I wanted to recognize an exceptional employee named Aiden T. at Chick-fil-A Millenia. I came in alone with my two young children, and as any parent knows, that can be a lot to juggle. He immediately noticed that I had my hands full and, from that moment on, was incredibly attentive and helpful.
He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed, and his kindness toward my daughter was especially heartwarming. His genuine compassion and willingness to help made such a difference in our visit. It was so refreshing to experience that level of care and customer service.

“Hidden gem this place should be far busier than it is. The food was great and customer service was “Disney” guest kind of service. My wife went for lunch today with our children and mother-in-law Gracie and Tenisha took care of us them today. They made sure our kids always had drinks, etc... My wife felt both went above and beyond for a party of 6 (4 children), made sure we had everything. Hopefully, management recognize both of these ladies for an outstanding job they did today.“

“My husband brought me to Five Guys in Winter Garden, and I was craving cheese fries. Unfortunately, they weren’t on the menu, but after noticing I was pregnant, the staff went above and beyond to make it happen anyway. “I visit the Tijuana Flats Longwood every Tuesday. Most of the time I am very satisfied with my order. Today I was not! Tacos were cold, Just about no cheese, no jalapeño peppers as ordered plus received jalapeño sauce instead of the habanero sauce I ordered. To top it off ordered queso and did not receive it. No more curbside pick up for me. I will now walk into restaurant and check my entire order before I leave. Very disappointed and my not leave a tip next time. Appeared to be totally confused today. Also no receipt so could not do survey.“

You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control.
