“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. To Gelo and Jade who was able to helped me Thank you so much and we super appreciate you!! Guys have such a great customer service!! We will be back and hopefully to double check our orders before we leave 🤪😘🙏 God bless all of you there.“

“Fortunate to find this gem, I enjoyed Pollo tropical a lot when they were in Texas back in 2015, since they moved out I will never miss a chance to stop by at this restaurant if I were to travel to Florida.
Hoping to see them back again in the growing Texas again.“

“Went here today, 1-31-2025. This KFC 🍗 is always fresh and has great quick service. They have good fresh food . This is one of the best KFC I've eaten in a while. This is our second time visiting here . No complaints! Will most definitely come back in the future when visiting my grandparents. Nowadays, it's hard to find decent takeout food that's good!! And good service!!“

“Kiana J. who took the order was very nice and professional. Providing exceptional service. Tori, GM made sure the order was delivered in timely manner and the food was fresh. Tori went above and beyond making the experience at Zaxby #72901 an absolute pleasure. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

“The staff are fast and friendly. My food was ready before I was even done paying. Using my birthday rewards and got an amazing meal, and wished a happy birthday. Love the drink machine and getting my strawberry hi c with a splash of pineapple. Definitely one of my favorite fast food places.“
