“Ordered delivery. I was in good contact with delivery driver because he notified me of an unavailable item on my order. I called the next day and spoke to Jhennia and she handled my refund with an excellent level of service. My problem is that the unavailable item has happened more than once. It would save everyone a lot of time if they updated their assortment online.“

She went above and beyond to make this masterpiece for me (photos below) everything came out so beautiful but I just want to say that not only did the cake, cookies and cupcakes LOOK stunning but they TASTED soooooooo good! 10/10 The cake was still moiste after 2 days of preserving ( I got it on Thursday, the party was on Saturday) everyone loved it. “I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“
