I don’t appreciate the owners thinking using DoorDash to deliver is acceptable. Hire delivery drivers!
These guys are awesome. Quick and efficient, they got you. In particular, the guy with the visor is on point every time. Great job.
Papa John's Pizza is a popular restaurant that receives mixed reviews. While one customer had a positive experience, praising the perfect pizza ratio, courteous staff, and exceptional cleanliness, another customer faced issues with their order being incorrectly processed through the call center, leading to delivery problems. However, the manager on duty, Kyle, was able to resolve the issue and provide good customer service. Overall, the reviews suggest that the restaurant offers a generally satisfactory dining experience, with the potential for occasional order mix-ups, but with attentive staff willing to address any problems that arise.
