Jeff and Jessie have kept the robust menu and enhanced the quality and freshness with more locally based suppliers. My favorite so far is the Hot Italian Sausage. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. I just had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Al’s Pizza in Neptune Beach, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations.

We started with their Caesar salad, which arrived almost immediately and was nothing short of impeccable. Fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor - it set the tone for what would be an amazing meal.
The star of the show was their 16-inch pepperoni pizza (their large size). The speed of service was remarkable - it arrived incredibly fast without sacrificing any quality. Every bite was pure perfection, with the ideal balance of crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings.

Unbeatable Happy Hour
Their daily happy hour from 2 PM to 6 PM is an absolute steal! We enjoyed their house-made German pilsner-style beer for just $3 each. This isn’t your typical mass-produced beer - it’s crafted in-house and tastes amazing. The quality rivals much more expensive craft beers.

“The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“

“GET THE HOT HONEY PEPPERONI PIZZA!!!!!! when i say this is the best pizza i have ever had i mean it. Some might find the crushed red pepper flakes a little too spicey but personally i think it is the perfect ratio between sweet and spicy. I am not a fan of pizza crust but the sweeeeeeet honey almost makes the crust seem like a tasty dessert. My house will never be getting Domino's or Papa John's pizza as long as Donatos Pizza is an option. 100/10 i wish i could give more stars.
