“I’m actually very happy to say that the meal I had here tonight was the best meal that I have ever had at KFC and the best fast food meal that I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting much. I had just gotten off of a very hard, long day at work. I had a very bad headache and I was starving. On my way home I saw them and stopped by 30 minutes before they closed. The woman that took my order and rang me up was very polite. She asked me how my day was going, and I was honest with her. I told her that I had a hard day at work, a bad headache, that I was starving and that I was worried that the food wasn’t gonna be that great. Seriously I was pretty scared that I was gonna go through this drive-through and get a horrible meal after a horrible day. But she was so nice to me and she said “I promise you this food is gonna be great, the chicken just came out of the fryer and you’re gonna love it” She told me that she hopes that I have a good rest of the day. I said thank you and I parked to eat my food. I can’t tell you guys how happy I was that everything tasted so good. And I appreciated the nice woman who rung me up. Everything was hot and everything tasted great. The biscuit was perfect. I had all my sauces and everything I needed in the bag. I’ll definitely be stopping by this location again.“

“I've been going to this place of business for over 20 years. Over this period I've experienced good and bad service to include often witnessing employees arguing with each other openly to include using provocative language. I've also had good experiences. Today I was involved in an altercation with a customer who entered the facility with a plastic bottle and proceeded to filling it with tea. The individual saw I was observing the situation in which I stated it was not free. As I was walking to a table the individual started shouting/swearing at me openly using provocative/racial slurs in which the Manager (Frances) approached the individual along with another customer and was able to convince him to leave the facility. Frances immediately came to my table and apologized for what occurred. I want to compliment Frances for the way she handled this matter which could have escalated out of control in which someone could have possibly been injured. I also observed how Frances has not only control of but also what I foresaw as respect from the employees - - something I haven't seen at this place of business in quite a few years. Frances clearly illustrates high skill sets along with professionalism - - involving a very challenging job.“
