The owner/manager said that was no problem, and that I can pay them the next time I come in to visit. I came right back the very next day to pay them. “Mosswood Farm Store is a place you must visit if you are near Micanopy or camping at Paynes Prairie SP. Scrumptious baked goods, sweet and savory. Enjoyed the Tres Leche cake and a pear with candied ginger cake. Oh soooo good! REALLY good. A variety of coffees and teas to try too. Friendly caring owners serving you. I highly recommend Mosswood Farm Store.“

“Stopped here on our drive back to WI. Service was really friendly, even before we got into the place employees outside were saying hello!Sat out back overlooking the lake which was really nice. Normal bar food and it tasted fine.If using Google maps make sure it takes you through the RV park - it took us to the boat launch side which did not get us into the parking lot.“

“The food is very good but is does not carry the quality of the sister buisness next door, which is just fantastic. It isn't bad by any means but I expected more, perhaps that is my expectation. We love coming here when they have live music, as it is always fantastic. If you happen to catch the father-daughters act, you won't be disappointed.“

Our server "greeted" us with a "hi, I'm busy tonight, what do you want to drink, are you ready to order everything so I can get this done, I just got two more tables!" Rude as hell! There were 5 of us, we were at the World Equestrian Center all day and just wanted good food and some drinks. We all 5 ordered prime rib, 4 appetizers and 5 drinks, we spent almost $400 + tip. After the experience with that server it's safe to say if she's there again we will leave.“

“Place is smaller than I thought. It was, actually, cooler sitting outdoors than inside due to the open row of windows between the bar and patio. Very quaint, laid back atmosphere. Food was good. I had the Black and Blue salad, which was fresh and plentiful. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. No one rushes you there, the server checked back frequently.“
