“Although I do like Toojays, I was quite surprised to eat there the other day with a new menu. I always go and get the stuffed cabbage which was so yummy. It has been taken off the menu. I went there yesterday specifically for them. Not sure how often I will go back now. Very disappointed!! Please bring them back!!“

“We went to the Fiests Grande restaurant today (2-1-25). Somebody told the manager that my husband was stealing a cup that was on another table. My husband saw the cup and was showing me how cool it was (we are seniors and if my husband liked a cup that he saw he would have asked our server if the restaurant sold them, we do not have to steal. Nor were we dressed poorly.) So, the manager came over to us, and demanded to look in my husband's bag. I felt so bad for my husband! The look on his face! He was mortified! She did not find a cup, because my husband did not take anything. She embarrassed my husband and me in front of everyone. I approched the manager and told her she was out of line and she told me she had to protect her customers...well, my husband and I were also her customers, she didn't protect us from public humiliation! She also told me " I am Mexican, I know how it feels. I don't know what she meant by that. We will never visit that restaurant again, and probably won't go to Mt. Dora again either! Needless to say, our beautiful day was ruined.“

“Precisely how I feel when I discover there actually is a phenomenal plant based food and drink establishment in The Villages!!!! 🙌🏼 Had another fabulous meal and some lovely Peppermint Lavender kombucha. We also met some great folks from the Plant based club here in TV as well. Mele Kalikimaka form Leahi Health The Villages! “5+ stars to the City Fire restaurant and the amazing HOPE for a fantastic experience and great food. Our 14 year old Akita Wishy was warmly greeted and invited to join us at one of the outdoor patio tables. Hope was SO great with Wishy -- lots of water refills -- and finding out Hope loves dogs and that City Fire is so dog friendly just made our visit that much better. Oh and the French Dip and Burger we ordered were great -- and the Bourbon Sour -- perfect! We'll bring Wishy back for more fun soon -- and we'll be requesting one of Hope's tables for sure!“

“Walked in and sat at the bar, Clara was our server. Our food came quickly and was awesome. I had the Slawpy Pig which is pork bbq topped with slaw. Very tender great tasting sandwich. Clara was excellent and made our visit very enjoyable.“

“buy one get one free drinks and they are not shy on the pour very friendly staff we got the wings juicy and meaty. would recommend a million times ,new jersey needs a Cody and the view is awesome.“
