“We gave our name and were told, “30 minutes.” After one hour checked and were told, “7 ahead of you.” After one hour and 15 minutes were told, “2 ahead of you.” After watching 4 go ahead of us checked again. Manager said, “ thousands are checking in every day. We’re doing what we can.” After one hour and 45 minutes, and harassment from us, we were finally seated. Very poor experience.“

“I ordered a fillet Tender Loin Oscar it was tough, had to chew on it for awhile, everything else was ok. Wife had steak tacos, same thing, tough to chew. I guess if you order something else, your properly ok.“

“We went to the Fiests Grande restaurant today (2-1-25). Somebody told the manager that my husband was stealing a cup that was on another table. My husband saw the cup and was showing me how cool it was (we are seniors and if my husband liked a cup that he saw he would have asked our server if the restaurant sold them, we do not have to steal. Nor were we dressed poorly.) So, the manager came over to us, and demanded to look in my husband's bag. I felt so bad for my husband! The look on his face! He was mortified! She did not find a cup, because my husband did not take anything. She embarrassed my husband and me in front of everyone. I approched the manager and told her she was out of line and she told me she had to protect her customers...well, my husband and I were also her customers, she didn't protect us from public humiliation! She also told me " I am Mexican, I know how it feels. I don't know what she meant by that. We will never visit that restaurant again, and probably won't go to Mt. Dora again either! Needless to say, our beautiful day was ruined.“

“I had Dean as my bartender today at lunch at your Brownwood location. Very polite, efficient, friendly and made a delicious skinny margarita.. my 3rd visit with him as my bartender and definitely will be back. Be sure he is there.“

“My business partner, and I had lunch to have a quick business meeting at square 1. The Service Big A was exceptional. She was friendly and helpful without being intrusive to our conversation. We will certainly look for her the next time we’re in and request to sit in her area.“

“We visited because the online photos showed an indoor playground for kids, but when we arrived, the playground was no longer there. I later realized the photo was uploaded by a customer years ago, not the restaurant, but it would still be helpful if outdated photos were removed or clarified so families know what to expect before visiting. The food and service were okay, but this was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose this location.“
