Princess was at the register. Let me start by saying that I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer. I spend a lot of money at this business. This location has a habit of putting the card reader out of the window (unless paying with cash) for customers to leave a tip if they choose to. I'm not even sure what type of service I'm going to receive so why would I tip before I pay? It's very tacky. My order was incorrect and the customer service today lacked any professionalism or courtesy....read full review
I went at 5:00 in the morning, there was only one person in the car line it moved very fast however all I ordered was two bagels with butter and they gave them to me with heavy cream cheese on them. It was a super basic order I'm not sure why they messed up something so easy. Disappointed because I don't like cream cheese.
