“Having visited most all of the DDs in West Palm Beach, this Royal Palm location BY FAR exceeds the rest! My order is always accurate and ready as promised. The energy and warmness of the morning staff is unmatched. The morning rush is handled with the precision of a symphony. Location consistently has a fresh look and the decorations for each holiday bring joy and exceed the standard! I would recommend driving out of your way to grab your brew at this gem of a Dunkin! “The environment was clean and cute I love all the art around the store. I Came in for the first time and had a great experience! My bowl was amazing, I didn’t know what would be good to try and Nick was so patient and gave me great recommendations. He made the bowl perfectly and it turned out to be so good. “Stopped by about 630 am to get coffee and an energy drink to prepare for a 16hour shift and had the pleasure of being greeted by Justin at the drive thru. Justin’s customer service was phenomenal. His spunky sense of humor was just what I needed to start the day. From the time I pulled up to order to the minute I left with my food, Justin made me laugh and smile . I drove off with my order feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Great guy with a great attitude. Thanks Justin!“
