did not put napkins in the bag; lid was not put all the way on , so the coffee spilled in my lap; coffee tasted watered down.
This Dunkin’ is probably one of the worst ones. For one, they never have the “seasonal” donuts they are supposed to have no matter what time of day you walk in there. The girls working there have the worst attitudes, they obviously do not want to work. I go through the drive thru today and try and use the app that is supposed to be designed for customers to pay and the girl tells me I still owe money when clearly I had more than enough, so I refresh the app and my amount...read full review
