“I was up at the trade winds resort, I was looking for a good snack that me and my mom could get sometime in that area. And I've heard a lot about playa bowls before and I really wanted to try it cause we also have one by our house but I've never tried it. So for breakfast we walked 20 minutes to playa bowls and me and my friend and my mom got so exited there is lots of choices on the menu. So I got the lola and they got the og açai flavors. It was really good! Just really cold also and wait time wasn't to bad just a long wait for a good time. Sitting area inside is low but outside there is a great sitting area plus a cute small water area. Overall really good just super cold and there granola is freeze dried and different from other places from my family and my opinion granola wasn't our favorite. Great treat or snack or even for breakfast/lunch.“

“Excellent service! We ordered to go. I ordered the Thanksgiving Everyday Sandwich. It has honey roasted turkey, all-natural ham, pears, brie cheese, cranberry raisins and lemon poppyseed dressing. It is served on multigrain bread. It was delicious! All the flavors were perfect! We even got to try the coconut vanilla ice cream. So good!! And lasted the car ride!“

“The staff is excellent here. You tell them what flavor you like and they make fabulous recommendations. I am here just about everyday. Im a tea girl but they have shakes and treats too!“

“The bowl concept goes against my idea of eating out. I have to make too many decisions and will be responsible for whatever disaster I created. I'd rather order a dish and judge the chef :-)That said, the food deserves a 6 star rating. All ingredients were fresh and packed with flavor. The Kale pesto tomatoes were simply relished, the broccoli slightly crunchy and finger-licking good, the tofu was nicely marinated, - really, everything was tasty, even the creamy (??) ginger sauce - that I tasted with hesitation - was great.If you like flavor do yourself a favor and try their food.“

They offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance on a wide variety of conditions and provided assistance with choosing supplements , herbs and vitamins. They have a wonderful cafe with many good choices fur healthful eating and raw juices tooI have been a customer almost as long as they have been in business after the unfortunate demise of Ainsley's and recommend it to anyone unreservedly“
