In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal. Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No phone or contact with customer was made to give a substitution offer. A complete pass poor customer service because they do not have to face you dining in. I think I will switch back to Carraba's across the street. “The restaurant has a cozy environment, although it can be noisy with how busy it gets. The runners and servers are very attentive and quick to get things done. I went this evening with my brother and we ordered a few different items; the Parmesan Crusted Fries are amazing!“
