Being from Pennsylvania where there is a Family Owned Diner on every block, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great Diner in Central Florida. Great food. They have “Hub Cakes” which are Pancakes the size of a Hubcap !!! Family Owned !

I've been to all three of the Trip's Diner's, and particularly recommend the Tampa location.
