Amazing! If you're looking for a great healthy breakfast or lunch spot definitely try fresh & co!! We are visiting Orlando and we were looking for a fast, healthy and good breakfast and found this place. The staff is so Friendly and food fresh and delicious. Today we had lunch here and the tuna sandwich was so delicious! I just read its locally owned and very happy to support small local business!
Great selection of fresh salads and other options for vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians. With so many food options in Orlando, this is a solid choice if you're looking something a little lighter, but still on point.

My Fresh food-loving friends boy does this place have so many treats for you!! I ordered the blackened chicken shawarma bowl and OH MY SHWARMA was this delicious.
