The Island Cow is a great place to eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is good and reasonably priced for the island. It can be very busy at lunch and dinner, though so plan accordingly.
I eat here every time I come to Sanibel, multiple times actually, and about the only gripe I have is that the portions are huge. Maybe that's good for some but in my opinion it's just too much food at times.

The Island Cow is a beautiful restaurant loved by many. With fantastic food, nice ambiance, and lovely staff, it's a must-visit. They are known for serving the best Paella, fresh seafood, and mimosas in the area. Despite being crowded, the service is quick and friendly. The shrimp tacos are a must-try, and the overall experience is delightful. Whether you're a local or a tourist, The Island Cow is a perfect spot for a delicious meal with family and friends.
