“We have been to Bijoux over the last few years and each time has been truly amazing! The food has never disappointed and the service is wonderful (we really like Lisa as our server). The wine selection is not huge but does have very nice options for any occasion. Great appetizers (Crab Beignets are a favorite) and their Filet Mignon is the best we have found in South Walton. Last evening my wife and I split the 20oz Cowboy Ribeye (med. rare +) and it was so good! They also make their own desserts and we usually get the Cheesecake (last night’s was Orange Marscapone) and a couple of scoops of sorbet(so good!). Can’t wait to go back again.“

We had to continually ask for water and ask other servers if they could help find our server . Food finally arrived and the somehow the kids food was cold but everything is was fine. My kids ordered the grilled chicken breast and macaroni and cheese but the chicken was over cooked and under seasoned . I ordered the salmon and it too was also dry. My husband had a ribeye and our friends order the sea bass. Both the ribeye and sea bass were delicious!

“We held our son's rehersal dinner on The Solaris. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! Working with Josh was a first class experience. He handled every detail beautifully and went above and beyond to make the evening everything and more. Our guests are still talking about it! From the decor, food, captain and incredible staff! “Early dinner with a party of nine including an infant and two children. Reservation made and honored through Open Table. Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Very attentive staff from the doorman to the wait staff. Somewhat limited menu but all entrees were excellent including the fish, pasta and kid's menu items. Make sure you stop by the rooftop pool/bar for nice view.“

“The staff was absolutely amazing. Food was really good but I expected it to be better because of the 400.00 bill. We got 2 steaks and 3 sides and 2 drinks. The food was really good but I feel like it could have been better for 400.00. The twice baked potato I thought was a little dry. The corn was amazing though. Steak was good but nothing like crazy. But they did give us dessert for free for our anniversary“
