“I have gone to so many dunkin donuts. And I would have to say, I now have 2 favorites, this one and the one in north port. This one makes my 4 yr old happy to see her favorite dunkin ladys, they don't make a fuss when you do something different then others, I choose to put my own liquid flavoring in only because the other stores can't make my coffee properly, but they don't fuss about how I like my coffee done.. the people are awesome, the workers are awesome, the employees are even more awesome, yesenia and nita are great. If you want great coffee and great people come here. You cant find a better dunkin then this one... also I have seen some of the reviews, I believe they are confused with other locations, this store doesn't even have a drive thru. The people don't hate their jobs, they don't close at 2pm, also the bathroom inside belongs to the 711, so if the bathrooms are dirty blame the convenience store. Not the coffee shop..pay attention to those that might be misrepresenting the wrong coffee shop
Kid-friendliness: The 2 women here are awesome, my baby girl was shy at 1st but now she has really opened up to them, and is excited to see these 2 women everyday Before school. They put a smile on her face every time I bring her.. she calls them her favorite dunkin girls, and everyday we leave she says I'm gonna miss my favorite dunkin girls.. you cant find a better dunkin then this one“
“Idk why people are expecting so much from a Dunkin. They take my order and make it, usually right there better than most and the people working are usually just working, it's a rough job. The food is not going to be great it's a Dunkin but they always get my order right that's more than I can ask for.“
“Everyone was very nice per usual and the doughnut is amazing as always!
Dietary restrictions: They have a sign to tell the person at the register about restrictions/allergies. Definitely will be useful.
Parking: Plenty of spots. Don’t know how many but it’s not that busy and it’s 11 pm“
“Staff members were great and very friendly. Disappointed in the quality of doughnuts. I was excited to try Dunkin again after a few years of avoiding them. Not to my surprise the quality of doughnuts again wasn't all that great. Will not be going back. I think I'm more of a Krispy Kreme person as their quality is always top notch even if you pick them up from RaceTrack“
“Out of the DD from Palmetto to Sarasota, this one is my favorite and preferred. The staff are professional they won't make any unwanted comments. They are polite, friendly, welcoming. They work swiftly as they train new hires, bake and cook certain items, ,and change stock. These are the people who wake up early even before their coffee to make ours. The service is relatively quick. It does not take as long as other places. The atmosphere inside is quite, neat looking, sometimes you find a few people n working on laptops inside. Well lit and decorated nicely. From what I have experienced the staff connects they engage they remember orders they do wonderful, they are kind and friendly and helpful and patient. A majority of the reviewa I see here are for drive thru to delivery.
Ordering in person in the store is always the easiest and faster service. Mobile ordering works well so long as you are at most 5 minutes from the location. If you want warm foods such as bagels and sandwiches or wraps.
It's good to mention and note that this is a wrap around drive thru. So larger vehicles might have more difficulty queing.
It is in the middle of a parking lot as well. So between regular traffic and the parking lot and pedestrian foot traffic, your wait time is going to be extended since customers don't pay at the voice box. Each person who has ordered mobile pickup or in person att he registers will get your coffee faster at times then others. As you can't guarantee how large the cars order is in front of you. It's basic business logic.
As for the Uber eats issues. That is not always the fault of the store. You're depending on other people. Which while Uber eats has better drivers in my experience then door dash. You have to rely on the people who drive and pick up your food to ensure they are getting the whole order. If you miss drinks or certain items it's possible that between the customers at the window. And register and the possibility someone picks up your items at mobile pick-up by accident that isn't your driver. Then it's fair to say that the location and staff are not fully responsible for the mishap. Especially if Uber eats refunds you.
If you want quick food coffee then visit the inside of the store, where you can purchase cups, dog toys, and coffee pods and ground coffee.
If the wait is so long, let me be the one to remind you, they do not get paid the best, the minimum wage is controlled by the state and government. Not always is it the fault of the company. This isn't a rocket scientists job, and yet they wake up and deal with cranky moms in drive thru screaming at their children, some of the employees may be teens themselves, if you're a CEO or just simply in a rush, you should have left earlier, made your own coffee.
However out of the basic criteria to define a good branch this is the best.
As a Massachusetts person born and raised, I know a good Dunks. I also know good people and great employees. And this location shows that.
In Florida In this area a lot of the other locations it's Pervy creepy managers, teens that aren't listening, or cranky older employees and bad locations. The parking lots out here and design of the locations is sometimes meant to get you to go inside.
So for heavens sake just go inside the store if you are looking for a better experience.“
“I visited the Dunkin donuts this morning of fruitville just east of the highway. The store was very clean and all the workers were very pleasant. The manager was there and answered a couple questions I had in regards to some previous visits that were not as pleasant. I was going a little bit out of my way to come here before work but had stopped due to some unpleasant visits Pryor but had heard there was some changes made and I decided to give it a try. After all I love DnD.the manager I met Lynn was very helpful, professional and very active in making the store worth going out if the way for. Thank you“
“Had gotten my decaf latte at a different location, didn’t sip it until after leaving. It was made horrible. So i came to this location to have it re-made. The first lady who was very nice with me was talking & another employee named tiffany rudely interrupted her saying “no, we cant re make it, you gotta go to the other location”. So i left. Soon after the first nice lady came out after me signalling me to come back, so i did. She said the manager said to re make it. And she apologised for the situation & for other worker behavior. While i waited for her to make my latte, the rude lady tiffany was making someone else coffee and looked over staring at me with a very mean stare at me . And she was mumbling something. And when i left the nice lady gave me my latte and was very pleasant.“
“I live in Northern Kentucky and I'm a Dunkin addict. BUT I'm EXTREMELY picky about my coffee! When I'm home, I pass 4 other dunkins in town to get to the one that knows how to make my coffee- 20 minutes each way, every day. So when I'm traveling, I know there is a 99.9% chance that the dunkins available to me won't know how to make my coffee and I'll be cranky and decaffeinated all day. Then this past December, we found THIS Dunkin and.... wow!!! My local Dunkin has some competition!! We went every day of that trip and we just got back from another trip where we also went every day and they made my coffee perfect every time! Tasha was there in December and was still there this time and she's amazing!! The lady working the window on the mornings this time (sorry, did not get her name) was also so sweet and friendly. I've really never encountered anyone here who was anything less than amazing. So if you need coffee anywhere in the nearby vicinity, definitely go out of your way for this location!!“
“Maverick was very helpful and I didn't know what I was doing ordering an iced coffee and he suggested you know what I wanted. What would be best and got a sausage egg croissant and was on my way and I enjoyed everything as far as the service, the quality of food and friendliness.“
“This is a review for Jeff, the server! He is such a kind person with a great presence of mind. An old lady tripped and fell in front of the Dunkin, and he was right there to help out. He was quick thinking, found out which airline she was flying, informed the gate agents, so they could arrange for a wheel chair. All this was done instantly! He deserves 20 stars and a raise. Restores faith in humanity!“
“Yes it's just like every other Dunkin donuts. They are all very similar and have the same product. The only difference is that some Dunkin donuts have there signature latte flavors for longer then other ones because of popularity and population of the town or city the Dunkin donuts is in
Parking: Plenty of free parking
Kid-friendliness: This place has plenty of kid friendly donuts!“
