McDonald's in Sarasota

“We were from out town and just happened to stop by chance. Out of all the McDonald’s I had been to, this experience was one the of the best. Bathroom was clean (they were even cleaning it when I went in), food was hot AND fresh, order was accurate, and the food came out quickly. Food also tasted great.“

“I've only ever visited this location's drive through for breakfast but have always had a good experience. The people are actually friendly and seem like they care. The food is always fresh and I appreciate that they use real eggs.“

Table numbers need cleaning and tables need to be wiped over more often. Still love it though.“

“I chose 4 stars for service and food as there was a communication issue with the server who gave me my food. I asked for salt and ketchup (This becomes a big deal when orders are consistently incorrect at any of the McDonald's you use). She gave me kethcup and sweet and sour sauce. I had no idea McDonald's even had that. The other issue..., those confounded lukewarm french fries, which I detest. Ordered from app. while sitting in the parking lot. Pulled into drive thru lane and picked food as soon as I got the confirmation number.“

“Unbelievable customer service tonight all around service from the cleanliness to the person behind the counter to the young manager and a gray sweatshirt. I am not used to good customer service at McDonald's most locations really do not care about saying hello or being polite to the guest. The young lady who waited on me super nice and the manager and the gray sweatshirt unbelievable customer service! He went out of his way to get refills back sauces and handle the drive-thru and his staff very impressive!
I will go out of my way to come to this McDonald'.. thanks for making money evening in so many other people's around me a great experience..
And may I add the little touches around the restaurant with the photo op and other things made it feel welcoming.. the young lady and the manager and the staff should be very proud of themselves.“

“I visit this McDonald's for breakfast often. I use the mobile app now for every order. The drive-thru is normally quick and I get on my way without delay. This location gets the orders right and I appreciate it. Would recommend this McDonald's location in the Sarasota area without hesitation.“

They have since upgraded and I love it. The service was wonderful n fast and the people are courteous. From the drive through order taker to the second window where I met MARK cool dude good looking out Mark. The whole crew keep up the good job“

“I prefer this Bee Ridge McDonald's location in the morning over the other McDonald's on 41. The biscuits are always fluffy and fresh at Bee Ridge McDonald's. Today, I used my mobile app to order a Sausage Egg n Cheese Biscuit for pickup. It was missing the sausage. I called and explained. I returned and they happily corrected my order. Thank you!“

“They accepted my breakfast order even though the drive thru menu switched to lunch while I was waiting in line. I thought we might get cold food, but once I paid they asked me to pull forward. After only a few minutes, a very polite young man "presented" me with super fresh sausage egg biscuits & hot hash browns! I appreciate their kindness & the fact they serve breakfast till 11:00 a.m. (In this case, a few minutes after.) 😉 Thanks again!!“
