Delicious vegan food and fresh juices. Customer service varies depending on who you get...sometimes good and sometimes the staff seems to think they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Food items need to go back on the wall reader board. The pulsating music gets tiresome.
Project Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops of all time. I don’t live in the area but I visit frequently and it is a joy. I love the matcha latte and more than anything I love the waffle. It is hands-down the best waffle I have ever had. I have plenty of pictures on my phone of this waffle with its pile of whipped cream and fruit and a drizzle of syrup.
