“As someone from out of state, I have visited Captain Hiram’s sandbar for most of my life (which is an amazing place), but had never ate at Blackfins. We had a group of 8 and everyone’s meal was fantastic. I can’t believe we haven’t ate here sooner and this will now be a staple on our vacation every year. Not one person complained. From the scallops, to the shrimp po boy, to the Reuben, to the blackened fish BLT, everything was delicious. I can’t stop thinking of their fries. Their fries were probably the best I have ever had. The seasoning was great. My shrimp po boy had a lot of shrimp on it, and everyone left full. We had a gorgeous view right from our table. Even though it rained and the windows were open, no one near the window got wet. Highly impressed with Blackfins!!!“

“I had the salad and French onion soup - absolutely delicious. My husband got the burger (smoked pulled pork and slaw with burger on a pretzel bun). The fries were perfectly seasoned. He said it was outstanding. Andrea, our server, was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.“
