“My girl wanted to get bbq and I told her let’s try something new and when I tell you I’m so happy we did!!!!! All of the meats were still hot and juicy with tons of flavor..greens okra and both charro and baked beans were delicious!! I tend to have a lot of issues with delivery from places but you won’t be disappointed here idk how I’ve never heard of this place before but go try it out!!!!“

“I've been eating at Jerry's smokehouse for many years he's been a friend and very good dude and makes the greatest barbecue sandwiches that melt in your. Also has a garden that sells flowers and yard bushes and trees get good deals.

Parking: Actually it's got a roundabout where you can drive in get out walk up and get your dinner or go inside and there's a couple picnic tables and stuff you can eat at and or you can get your food and go and circle right I out.

Kid-friendliness: Just real friendly people will do anything for you. Just ask and I'm sure you will be happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah is wheelchair accessible that might be a little bumpy because there's a lot of you know rocks and stuff that go up to the to the BBQ smokehouse“

“Woodrow and Dena arrived to my neck of the woods in their well appointed food truck. They were very kind and patient with me as I asked questions about their variety of sauces because of my food allergies. I settled on an order of wings with Woodrow's homemade dry rub which had some brown sugar & cinnamon and a lot of spice. They also provided a side of some peachy hot sauce. It was excellent! The wings were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. I was literally crying the whole time because the heat was on and I loved it! They did warn me & I accepted the challenge. I look forward to trying their brisket next time they come around. If you are in the mood for some great BBQ, this is an excellent option. “Hit this place again today, been here several times. Always very friendly, helpful service. (I'm handicap so he's helped me to the car with the soups several times.) Just finished a few months of cancer treatments, so what better way to rebuilt your health than fresh homemade chicken soup and a matzoh ball! Such great comfort food too! “I eat at Brandon mall 3-4 times a week and have always been curious about Bricks. Reviews are all over the place, but have been very good recently. I had the 2 meat combo with fries(not sure why I did fries) baked beans, ribs , and brisket. The ribs and beans were amazing, ribs were so juicy and succulent, damn good rub and baked beans weee to die for, fries were good too. I was asked if I liked a fatty piece of brisket and said yes. The brisket was kind of dry, definitely didn’t seem like I got any fat on the brisket at all. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t amazing like the ribs, no juiciness to brisket.“

The highlight is all the food tastes like it came from a home kitchen...like it was made personally for us. They were properly cooked, not overdone, mushy, "fall off the bone" which is the hallmark of overdone. We had a conversation with the manager who impressed us as knowing what he was doing. These were the best I have had in this part of Florida. The brisket was tasty, but a bit fatty. The manager apologised and gave us a box of freshly sliced brisket to take home, the sign of competent customer service. We will be back, which is more than I can say for any of the other BBQ we have had in the 4 years since we moved here to the west coast near Tampa.“
