“This amazing little Sandwich Shop has BIG flavors going on in its kitchen! I had the pleasure of trying there grilled steak sandwich and Cuban sandwich with all the fixings and they were amazing! As I pulled apart my sandwich from the middle cut, I had just the right amount of cheese pull. The bread is to die for! I also tried their white rice with chicken stew and it was heaven on a plate. The staff was very nice to include the restaurant's owner Ms Cuca...who gave us a genuine smile as soon as we walked into the store. This place is a Latin Mom and Pops spot that you must visit for authentic Latin cuisine“

“This place has been there for years. I grew up just around the corner on 59th Street and had never eaten there. I used to go there and buy a softdrink occasionally. Yesterday I was returning from my Uncle Woody's funeral and decided to drive through the old neighborhood (Six Mile Creek) to see how it has changed. We are longtime friends with the Brocato family of Brocato's Sandwich Shop and i suppose that's why I had never tried Carlos'. I bought two devil crabs and they were tasty. A good filling to breading ratio, good crispness (fried to perfection) and very pleasant staff. I suppose I need to try their cuban sandwiches next. I would definitely go back again.“

“Last year for my small business Christmas party I want to Firehouse Subs for catering. The price was amazing. But when we set up that evening we noticed that the order was flipped, mostly veggie sandwiches and very little meat, it was ordered the other way. My husband ran to Public and got meat and Firehouse Subs refunded my money and offered to remake the order, which I declined. This year, I tried them again. It was PERFECT!! Everyone ate everything and the price, again, amazing. Thank you Firehouse Subs, we look forward to next year!!“

“Jersey Mikes at this location has always done an outstanding job. Today they were extremely busy. I think a new guy was working today. They had a lot of online orders (like mine) and a lot of people in the store. Busy is an understatement. I walked out 34 minutes after my online order should have been done. Got my order and left but instead of a veggie I got two turkeys. The veggie was for someone who cannot eat meat. Not won’t, can’t, due to a kidney disorder. Traffic was bad and we couldn’t go back so that person didn’t eat right then and we had to stop down the road for something else. Also, no chips. Grrr…. Most of you know how frustrating this is. At the same time, I could see these guys were doing their best to get the orders out and I can’t imagine the pressure they must have felt with people staring them down as they were standing around waiting for their orders. Guys, especially the new guy, don’t get to going so fast you lose sight of the detail. Food can kill. Take your time and do it right. People are already waiting. They will have to wait another 2, or 3, or 4 minutes longer. Yes, they will not be happy. Yes, they will look at you and make noises of displeasure sometimes. But you have to put that out of your head and take your time to get the order right. One peanut can kill someone. The customers will wait. I think in situations like this the customers should be told to take a number and have a seat. We’re getting caught up and will be will you in just a few moments. I think the customers were ok for the most part. No one was raising hell or acting stupid. I think everyone could see how hard these guys were working today. I guess this just goes to show you how good Jersey Mikes is. Everyone wants Jersey Mikes.“

“My boyfriend and I tried Jersey mikes for the very first time and and we were incredibly happy that we tried it, we had to opt for the gluten-free buns which didn't taste at fresh or soft, which is kind of expected when getting a gluten-free sandwich.

I got a classic ham cheese and tomato sandwich with Mayo. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the flavour.

I wish they added a bit of salt, maybe all-purpose spice, maybe some potato spice, I just need it a little bit more flavour to my sandwich, but overall, we werre very happy.

“Subway is what it is it used to be affordable now it's a lot more expensive I got double meat and cheese my protein was steak I also got it as a meal it costs $33 which is a little irritating for the fact that you used to be able to get $12 footlongs etc etc but I digress still will eat Subway when I can afford it I also suggest an urge you as well to enjoy a good Subway sandwich“

“We eat at this location often and really enjoy it, but the experience can vary depending on who prepares the food. When it’s made well, it’s great. But when basic ingredients that are supposed to come on the sandwich are missing, it really takes away from the meal—we usually end up taking only a couple of bites before losing our appetite.
