“Hands down the best Mexican food truck in the area. Prices are so cheap compared to everything else, it's basically $8 for everything. Huge, delicious burritos, and the Torta has become my new favorite!! (Like a Mexican sandwich) Really nice folks running the joint with a covered area for picnic tables, very relaxed. A favorite place to go during work or after work! Treat yourself and get some very filling tacos and deliciousness here! Thanks Taco Vanny!“

“Since moving from from the southwest I have been on a mission to find good Mexican food. Much easier said than done! But, this place makes the cut! Great food, large portions. Very authentic rice and beans as well. I definitely will be back. Oh and the red salsa is on point. Spicy but not overkill. The location was a little rough, which I’m used to. But, it was raining and the place was flooded. Luckily I found a sliver of a dry seat. All in all, amazing food!“

“My partner and I stopped by El Rincon to pick up dinner on a Saturday evening. I ordered their chicken tamale, chicken taco and steak taco. Everything was pretty good but the steak taco was the best. The sauce they give you is VERY hot but oh so good. Make sure you have plenty of water around when you use it. We also shared chips and guacamole. The guacamole is not as seasoned as I'm used to but still tasty. My partner has their birria quesadilla with lamb which was very good but extremely greasy. He also had two chicken tacos. Considering the amount of food we ordered, the turnaround time was pretty quick. While we waited, we sat down on one of their benches in front of the food truck. I'm planning on returning to try their other options. Everything on the menu looked delicious!“

“This taco truck is a hidden gem, a true oasis in a desert of mediocre taco trucks. I consider myself a connoisseur of taco trucks. I work on the road, and I have visited quite a few of the taco trucks in a 50 mile radius. I was gassing up after working a 13 hour day, no lunch and my eyes lit up with delight when I saw this unassuming taco truck tucked away beside the gas station. At home eating now as I type this, and I am convinced the owner of this truck is some sort of taco mastermind. The tortillas hold up nicely and don’t fall apart. Their sauces are ON POINT, and the combination of flavors from adding both the red & green sauce to these traditional tacos is something else! Great prices too. Id wish I’d known there was such a fantastic taco place so close to my house. I will definitely be returning to this establishment“

“This place has gotten so much better since new management took over. The portions are full and consistent, quality is top notch, and the customer service is perfect. Everyone is so nice, personable, and accommodating. We went from only ordering from here every now and then every few months when we had the patience to hope our order was correct and the tacos weren't skimped to getting large orders multiple times a month now without a single thing wrong and almost feeling like they overstuff the orders now! If you fell away from this place in the past, give it another try, they are a million times better now. If you have never tried this place, you really need to. There's so many taco and Mexican restaurants in the area but this one is more firmly back at the top again. While the whole crew is great, special shoutout to Darby and Jake. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was awesome. Can't wait for next time!“

“First time being at the taco truck. When I go to the restaurant next door which I consider okay. Being off Mexican dissent, I grew up eating all the traditional Mexican dishes. Despite them not having all the meats I prefer, like tripa, lengua, and cabeza, their barbacoa was really good. I’d give 5 stars if they had the other meats but so far I’m impressed by the barbacoa. Definitely going back for more. The restaurant next door serves their barbacoa juicy but dry at the same time.“

Service was fast, and our server was very attentive. Overall, I gave a 5 star. I'm my opinion, very good, flavorful & an overall great night. “Perfect visit. Atmosphere was so nice, it was relaxing and so so friendly. I dont know her name but there was a blonde lady who took mine and my boyfriends order and she was so so so sweet. “We usually order on line and the order is ready when it’s supposed to be. The salsa and chips are the best around. The bowls are good and the sauces are tasty. Wings are meaty and cooked right. The only downside is side is that when Super Bowl comes around the portions (particularly salsa, guacamole and queso) are cut in half but you still get charged the same price. No bueno.“
