“Have been here several times over the years, and the food is always fresh! I bring my granddaughter and her friends to this one, since it has a nice, clean playroom. It’s better to come whenever it’s not rush hour, the drive through is always busy. Then you don’t have to wait as long for your food. The kiosks were down, but the cashier on the resister was helpful. She even made sure that our ice cream cone was in a cup, as I requested! I would have given a 5 star for service, but they always seem short staffed, which makes it take longer.“

“Guy working is always the sweetest, but lord, yall have him working like a slave! The ac is broken and it is 91 degrees in there!! You need to care more about your workers and let that poor guy go home! That's unsafe working conditions! It was hard for me to stand and order let alone him work with the hot ovens back there!“

“This location's employees are always friendly, no matter how slammed they are. That being said, they also work very quickly. I often stop there on the way to pick up my daughter from school. I've never had to wait for very long. I usually don't even turn off my car.“

“When we visited, they were out of açai, so they offered to make the base with pitaya instead. Honestly, I love the pitaya bowls even more than the açai, both are fantastic, but I wish they offered pitaya as a regular option. This place is a family tradition every time we come to Destin; we make it a point to stop. Açai so good , does the ever make it to the pic! Lol“

“Cheapest best American style tacos in town...I Love the food here. The only thing I would say is use just a little bit more taco seasoning...But still I love this place and will keep coming back. I really enjoy the game shows are always on. Great staff and just a really humbly place ❤️❤️“

“Everyone knows for the most part, if you go to a Chick-fil-a, you’re going to at least have a decent dining experience. This establishment goes beyond even that, providing an exceptional customer service experience and wonderful food that will have me and my family back there often.

Special attention to the front counter staff member, Gabriel. Staff at Chick-fil-a’s are usually polite people, but Gabriel was truly wonderful.
My only complaint about our visit is that Gabriel does NOT have a chair. That man works an 8 hour shift standing on sheer tile, give that man a chair before you mess up his knees!“

“I ordered a rotisserie chicken to go and was pleasantly surprised to find it cooked over charcoal, which gave it a delicious smoky flavor. The chicken was juicy and came with flavorful sauces and lime on the side. The owner is a very nice person who clearly puts a lot of care into his food. “I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“We took a flight from Des Moines, Iowa to Destin, FL. We just landed. We were starving. The time was 9:58. As we pull in you could tell they were closing up shop and our heart dropped. The lights weren’t shut off yet so there was still a chance!! They ended up taking our order when they clearly didn’t need to… you folks at Chik-Fil-A made our night and gave us a wonderful start to our vacation! You clearly went above and beyond!“

“I'm torn on recommending, honestly. We've eaten here twice with the 1st time being good and the 2nd time (tonight) being terrible! My son couldn't even eat half of his burrito and my chicken quesadilla had entirely too much cheese to the point it was basically just cheese! I removed as much of the cheese as I could. The middle aged lady that made ours this evening spoke way too fast to be able to understand her, lacked personality, and just slapped the dinner together without any care. The 1st time (when it was good), the younger blonde lady was super nice and did a great job at making our dinner that night. My son actually craved the burritos after the 1st night. After tonight...not so much!! They are a bit on the expensive side, as well.“

“This is a convenience store, souvenir shop, take-and-go food place combined in one. I didn't take a full picture for people's privacy. Along with the Dunkin' and Doolittles Cantina, there's no eat-in place in concourse C unlike Emerald restaurant in Concourse A if that's your thing. This place does sell cans of beer, soda, chips, etc in the store.“

“I placed an online pickup order with Firehouse Subs and everything went perfectly! My food was ready right on time, piping hot and packed with care. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer — friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Quick, smooth, and delicious — exactly what I needed. “This is one of the best Subways my wife and I have been to in the area and usually get good food there, except for today (09/11/2020). We got there at about 2:30 PM and they have on there business hours they close at 6 PM (Friday). My wife wanted a veggie wrap (nope), but was told there was no wraps available. So my wife ordered a veggie footlong sub wanting CHEESE (check), LETTUCE (check), TOMATOES (nope), CUCUMBERS (nope), BLACK OLIVES (check), ONIONS (nope), GUACAMOLE (nope). When my wife asked the employee making the sub about the vegetables, or the lack there of, the employee stated "What you see is what you get...". I don't know if the employee was being smart or just didn't want to get any replacement containers of vegatables as every other Subway we have been to does that. Is there something special about this Subway that they make good sandwiches, when they have the proper ingrediants, but they don't carry enough ingrediants for the customers coming in? There were three other customers that were in line behind us and I would think they would not like having limited ingredients on their sub as well. It just didn't make sense that this location was suppose to be open for another three and a half hours and they just started with a limited amount of product for a busy location with it being on base and the amount of customers they get throughout the day. Just ridiculous.“

“Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. The receipt also had my contact number and email. It was a catering order and was over $80. I also ordered a gallon of tea. They had no gallon jugs, so I was given 4 large drinks. We were never offered any type of apology. It was as if I was inconveniencing them. I understand the world is short everywhere, but it is hard to empathize when everyone gives you a different story. I will no longer use firehouse and don't recommend their catering.“
