“Guy working is always the sweetest, but lord, yall have him working like a slave! The ac is broken and it is 91 degrees in there!! You need to care more about your workers and let that poor guy go home! That's unsafe working conditions! It was hard for me to stand and order let alone him work with the hot ovens back there!“

“This location's employees are always friendly, no matter how slammed they are. That being said, they also work very quickly. I often stop there on the way to pick up my daughter from school. I've never had to wait for very long. I usually don't even turn off my car.“

“Have been here several times over the years, and the food is always fresh! I bring my granddaughter and her friends to this one, since it has a nice, clean playroom. It’s better to come whenever it’s not rush hour, the drive through is always busy. Then you don’t have to wait as long for your food. The kiosks were down, but the cashier on the resister was helpful. She even made sure that our ice cream cone was in a cup, as I requested! I would have given a 5 star for service, but they always seem short staffed, which makes it take longer.“

“My family and I LOVED Stewby’s! Definitely our favorite restaurant so far on our vacation! My husband got shrimp, I got the fried grouper, and our three kids all got the chicken fingers. Everything was amazing! Best fries anywhere! Also amazing desserts - banana pudding and key lime pie are delicious!! Amazing service from Audrey and the entire team! Highly recommend! 🫶🏽🤍“

The breakfast burrito was delicious, even though they forgot to give me salsa, which someone will say at confession was their fault, the chicken nuggets are always delicious and hashbrowns were perfectly fried. “When we visited, they were out of açai, so they offered to make the base with pitaya instead. Honestly, I love the pitaya bowls even more than the açai, both are fantastic, but I wish they offered pitaya as a regular option. This place is a family tradition every time we come to Destin; we make it a point to stop. Açai so good , does the ever make it to the pic! Lol“

“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“The fries were cold but the burger was good. I don’t come here often cause whataburgers are only in north Florida and the panhandle. I’m in south Florida. I give this experience a 7/10 I still Recommend it.“

We’ve ordered food from multiple locations, and Five Guys never has disappointed us. It’s one of our favorite places to get burgers from, along with In-N-Out Burger. We highly recommend it!! 💯🤤🎉“

“Everyone knows for the most part, if you go to a Chick-fil-a, you’re going to at least have a decent dining experience. This establishment goes beyond even that, providing an exceptional customer service experience and wonderful food that will have me and my family back there often.

Special attention to the front counter staff member, Gabriel. Staff at Chick-fil-a’s are usually polite people, but Gabriel was truly wonderful.
My only complaint about our visit is that Gabriel does NOT have a chair. That man works an 8 hour shift standing on sheer tile, give that man a chair before you mess up his knees!“

“I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, but Chick-fil-A in Niceville is the one place where I’ll actually make an exception. The food is just that good. Even if you aren't eating the chicken, their Mac & Cheese and Waffle Fries are 10/10, but honestly, the quality of their service is what keeps me coming back.
They are incredibly fast and efficient, even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount (usually a free drink or a percentage off depending on the day), which is so helpful in this town. The staff is always polite—true to their 'my pleasure' reputation—and the facility is always clean. Whether you're a strict vegetarian or just a chicken fan, you can't go wrong here. Best fast food in Niceville, hands down“

“The service here was great—the staff was fast and very friendly, which made the visit pleasant. However, the dining area definitely needs some attention. The floors were quite sticky, and there were noticeable stains on the walls. As for the food, it was okay; the curly fries were the highlight! It’s a decent spot for a quick bite, but I hope they improve the cleanliness soon.“

“I'm torn on recommending, honestly. We've eaten here twice with the 1st time being good and the 2nd time (tonight) being terrible! My son couldn't even eat half of his burrito and my chicken quesadilla had entirely too much cheese to the point it was basically just cheese! I removed as much of the cheese as I could. The middle aged lady that made ours this evening spoke way too fast to be able to understand her, lacked personality, and just slapped the dinner together without any care. The 1st time (when it was good), the younger blonde lady was super nice and did a great job at making our dinner that night. My son actually craved the burritos after the 1st night. After tonight...not so much!! They are a bit on the expensive side, as well.“

“This is a convenience store, souvenir shop, take-and-go food place combined in one. I didn't take a full picture for people's privacy. Along with the Dunkin' and Doolittles Cantina, there's no eat-in place in concourse C unlike Emerald restaurant in Concourse A if that's your thing. This place does sell cans of beer, soda, chips, etc in the store.“

“We went through the drive-thru and the gentleman that helped me, was so kind. He was so friendly, and making sure he got my order correct. I enjoyed the customer service he put out there. He is friendly, nice, and very thorough.Although, my burger was wrong at least my kids food were right. LOL !“
