“Came here for lunch, on a Thursday afternoon. Sat in a booth on the bar side, which is separate from the dining area. The service was a little slow, but wasn’t in a hurry. If you are on a lunch break from work, maybe if you’re sitting in the dining area, you would be served quickly? The small strawberry 🍓 margarita is big(haha) & refreshing! Guacamole is a bit too chunky, but fresh. The grilled chimichanga was delicious, and so were the tacos. Served with fresh tomatoes,lettuce, sour cream, pico, rice and refried beans.
Came in again, on a Sunday evening, and had the Double Chimichanga (without the pico d’gallo) Sat at a booth, service was good, but 2 for 1 strawberry margaritas($14.99) not as good as the first time we came!“

“Best Mexican restaurant in FWB imo. Truly authentic! Do not let the outside fool you - the inside is very nice and stylish. Food is amazing and not too salty. Service is great as well. I love their homemade chips - some of the best that I have ever had - light and not greasy. Salsa is just right as well. This restaurant puts all of the others to shame!“

“Holy Guacamole — This Place Is Nacho Average Mexican Spot! To get to the main event: the quesadilla. Oh. My. Guac. This wasn’t just the best quesadilla I’ve ever had — it was quite possibly the pinnacle of human culinary achievement. The tortilla was golden, crisped to perfection with just the right amount of buttery char. And inside? A molten lava flow of cheese so rich and gooey it could’ve been declared a national treasure. Add to that the perfectly seasoned meat (I went with the chicken, but I suspect any option would be un-burrito-ble) and a side of their homemade salsa that added just the right kick — I was completely cheesed off… in the best way possible. I was also thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail — the tortillas tasted freshly made, the toppings were thoughtfully layered, and even the slaw had crunch and flavor that made each bite nacho run-of-the-mill. Service? Absolutely en-taco-ging. Friendly, fast, and full of great recommendations! If you’re looking for a place that delivers on authenticity, flavor, and an all-around good time, this restaurant really tortilla new one! In short: • Best quesadilla ever? Check. • Amazing tacos? Check. • Left in a state of blissful food coma? Absolutely. • Would I go back? You bet your guac I would. Do yourself a favor and get your taco-loving self to this place. It’s nacho something you want to miss.“

“We come to Destin every year with a large group (about 20) and like to have food brought to the house so we don't take over the restaurant. We tried Pepper's this year and everyone loved it, even our pickiest eaters. The staff was kind and delivery was on time. We will definitely order from them again next year.“

“we love this place, it's close to our house, they make a delish paloma, food is good but golly gosh darnit ~ please teach the cooks how to fry and egg for the huevos rancheros dish!!! they simply ruin this dish when serving it with an over cooked brown (yes that is how hard they fry it) eggs ~ it ruins the dish; do not serve this dish, huevos rancheros if you cannot make it correctly, thank you“

My granddaughter was introduced to menudo which exhibited the most tastebud tantalizing broth I’ve sipped since Texas a decade ago. She said, “this is the best Mexican restaurant ever.”“

“I’ve honestly been thinking about my last visit to La Paz for days! Guacamole and top shelf margarita was delicious! My husband had steak fajitas and loved them. I had the surf and turf (snapper taco and bacon wrapped tamarind shrimp) it was awesome! Both the black beans and the refried beans tasted rich and homemade. I look forward to trying many things on the menu our next visit.“

“Taco Town is what a well known major taco chain used to be. Instead of tasteless juice meat, Taco Town serves freshly prepared quality ground taco meat. Quality shredded cheese, quality chips, and super high quality refried beans. Taco Town has tacos burritos salads chalupas and all the quality variations you could imagine without stupid stuff like ‘taco pizza’ or similar nonsense. Daily specials, quick quality food, excellent fair prices, and excellent beans, to compliment excellence all around.“

“I'm torn on recommending, honestly. We've eaten here twice with the 1st time being good and the 2nd time (tonight) being terrible! My son couldn't even eat half of his burrito and my chicken quesadilla had entirely too much cheese to the point it was basically just cheese! I removed as much of the cheese as I could. The middle aged lady that made ours this evening spoke way too fast to be able to understand her, lacked personality, and just slapped the dinner together without any care. The 1st time (when it was good), the younger blonde lady was super nice and did a great job at making our dinner that night. My son actually craved the burritos after the 1st night. After tonight...not so much!! They are a bit on the expensive side, as well.“

“Hands down best tacos! I love their asada tacos! I’m from Texas so it’s nice to eat some good tacos and burritos that remind me of home! The owners take great care of their truck and their food. If you’re feeling like tacos go here! Highly recommend!“
