“Haven't been to a LJS in a long time. My husband and I both got the two piece chicken meal. It came with a drink, one side and two hushpuppies. This is probably not the healthiest place to eat but it's good comfort food. The inside is a little dark but the workers were very friendly and the food came out very fast.“

“Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Every visit feels welcoming from the moment you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru. The staff are consistently polite, professional, and genuinely kind — it’s clear they take pride in great customer service.
The food is always fresh and hot, no matter how busy they are. The chicken sandwiches are perfectly crispy, the waffle fries are addicting, and you can’t go wrong with the sauces (Chick-fil-A sauce is elite!). I also love that the restaurant is always clean and well-organized — even during the rush, everything runs smoothly.
It’s refreshing to visit a place where quality and customer care never slip. Chick-fil-A sets the standard for what fast food should be — fast, friendly, and fantastic every time.“

“Clean and food was hot and pretty good for Taco Bell. They were out of Diablo sauce which is my FAVORITE hot sauce! But I made do with a few packs of hot and fire sauce instead. It's free taco Tuesday so I paid $6 for a taco, Dorito taco supreme and a medium soda. Not bad.“

“Delicious food but very disappointed in the price increase. I Order the same thing every time, a beef poke bowl with an extra side of meat (for my husband). It always comes to $14. Went over the weekend and ordered the same exact thing and it came to $24 😳. I commented on how the price increased by $10? And the cashier just stood there looking at me and said nothing. I had my receipt texted to me as always, and took screen shots of my receipts, however this page won’t allow me to post them, or I’d show them for proof. $24 for a food court meal? That’s a shame. Do better poke express.“

“most of the time we have a really good experience but today our food was cold, I didn't receive any of my ranch for my chicken or marinara for the cheese sticks. The cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't very busy at all, maybe its just an off day 😞 This was my first not so good experience at this location.“

“Our very large school group visited this location after a long, hot day at a theme park and unfortunately there were quite a few accidental spills and while we tried to clean up the best we could, it was obvious we’d been there. The staff was so accommodating and gracious. Our food was correct, delicious and fast. Thank you so much to the team at this Ocala location for being so kind!“

“I really enjoy coming to this mcdonalds in the mornings for my coffee. They are super friendly here and always have everything just right. Never had any issues with them. It does get busy here at times because they are really good.

“I have been coming to this location for a few years now and they continue to be the best Taco Bell in Ocala. Even the few times they make a mistake, management is always quick and efficient at fixing the issue. Every interaction with their staff has been great as well. Very friendly.“

“To start with id love to say Quay was very efficient and is always the hardest working in the store EVERY SINGLE TIME I've visited here. I have a severe allergy and Quay always makes sure i get everything done safely and correct. 10 stars for the customer service provided by that specific employee and Devonte? I think was his name. Awesome experience always with these 2!
Drive thru? NO! Very very slow service always! If I could give 0 stars for drive thru I would! 15 minutes waiting at the speaker is ridiculous. And it's not a once in a blue moon thing either. I eat at this location at least once a week and it's always the same. The 2 in drive thru look completely unaware of what speed of service and customer means. Multiple orders and only the 2 on the line were working. Hire more people or get employees that actually care about their job . 500 second speed of service on the timer is not acceptable
Dietary restrictions: I have a severe tomato allergy and the 2 employees on the line make sure I'm not cross contaminated!“

“I visit the restaurant numerous times a week and 9 times out of 10 my visit is excellent it all depends on which employees are working I always go through the drive thru one of the employees calls me love bug however it sorta makes me feel uncomfortable so when I see her working I go inside now that there are a lot of new employees this restaurant is really turning out to be top notch“

“The food was good and the ladies behind the counter delightful. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time for the food to be ready. Very few people were eating. Most were waiting whether they walked in or called in their order. The dine in area appeared clean. Would definitely recommend ordering from here, but be prepared to spend a little time here.“

“I arrived in the noontime when it was very busy for lunch. Despite how busy it was they were very quick to deliver my food after the order. Super kind and efficient people. The place was clean, neat, and one of the nicer locations out of the ones I’ve been to throughout my life. The burger and fries were delicious. The fries were a perfect crispy texture with just the right amount of salt. And my classic chocolate birthday frosty was such a nice refreshing treat to contrast the hot day. I would definitely go again. (Also I have to mention that I repeatedly saw the workers cleaning the table surfaces and floor so the place was kept looking spick and span).“

“I heard about the buy one footlong get a footlong free deal, so I decided to order it. For one, it only took $8 off, not the entire price of a footlong but hey, I'll take the $8 off. Second, the sandwiches were a bit dry but the meat and vegetables were pretty good. Lastly, they didn't have any churros. Probably wasn't able to get shipment due to the hurricane, however, the cashier made it up to my partner and I by giving us 2 footlong pretzels. Definitely needs a lot more flavor and I miss the cheaper prices. The cashier was alone and she was working really hard.“
