I had a burger with guava and it was incredibly delicious. My friend had a Jewbeun and it was a beautifully grilled delicious thing. It really is hard to pick just one thing on that menu. But the star of our meal was the Key Lime Pie! The best I have ever eaten and I have had many a slice of the real deal in the Keys! I had a hand crafted Irish Coffee with homemade whipped cream to go with it and it was worth every calorie. Soooo good! I was born in Miami and have lived in Miami almost as long as this restaurant has been in existence and lived my whole life just a few miles away from it. How I never knew about it is one of life’s little mysteries. Maybe it’s in Brigadoon. Don’t miss this little hole in the wall amazing spot for lunch, a good beer or anything else. “Good option for Tacos in DoralAs a mexican, I admit there are not a lot of options for Mexican Food in Miami Dade area. I think Sr de los Tacos it is a good option overall whenever you are craving Tacos.This was my first visit. We ordered from the Taco Menu (every order has two) the Carne Asada tacos and I wanted to try the Birria Flautas.The portions are great. The 2 tacos had a decent amount of Steak and including guacamole and cilantro on top. The tortilla is like a combination of corn and flour. The Birria Flautas comes with three flautas over birria soup with cilantro and sour cream on top. For both dishes, the steak and the birria were a little bit on the salty side (A little bit less would have been perfect).And as I always say when it comes to Tacos: "Your taco is as good as its salsa". The salsa it is offered is like a variation from a traditional taco. They have 3 creamy salsa options which seems to be mayo based: Cilantro, Chipotle and Sriracha (This is my assumption only), and they offer other 3: Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja and another one oil based with chili crushed. For me, the salsa verde was the best, tho the amount is served is really small. I didn't ask for more because I wanted to try the other ones.The prices are fair. The 2 tacos were ~$12 and the Flautas ~$15. Service is not included in the bill.The staff was at its best. Everyone is kind and attentive.I might come back to try the Tacos al Pastor and added to this review later.“

Today, my mom was craving a Strawberry Shake so I was looking for a place to take her and SS popped up on the search. “The Smashing Pipos burger, may be my favorite burger in all of Miami, and I've tried all the big players: Ted's, USBS, TFTS, FBR, Skinny Louie, and this random Venezuelan spot just crushes it with the Smashing Pipos. I've had it 5 times and it never fails, amazing consistency. The regular fries are no good, would be great if they do a better job on this. And the other burgers look like gimmicks, not really interested in them, but the Smashing Pipos is so good maybe I'll give one of the other less crazy burgers a shot some day.“
