Furthermore the staff really knows their craft especially one of the cook who is very tall makes a delicious Orange Chicken and the general manager Hernan really loves his staff and his job I can see it how he goes about it with serving me and other customers with a genuine smile on his face it makes me feel welcomed. “I've been on a pasta kick lately. I know I came to the right place we were party for all the different pastor. Dishes were incredible. We started off with unbelievable appetizers. not only is the past excellent, but their fish was extremely fresh. The penny à la vodka was probably the best they ever had this service. Well they were busy but the Wait staff were apologetic. They knew the menu very well and made some great suggestions. Ambience was laid-back. Everyone seems to be enjoying their food. If there was one thing to say is that the kitchen needs some help with expediting the food. “This was my second time at a Shake Shack. My first time was a couple of years back at another location and honestly, I was not impressed with the service or the food. Today, my mom was craving a Strawberry Shake so I was looking for a place to take her and SS popped up on the search. I thought I would give it another try this time (near UM) at another location and I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by Chereka and Debbie. We placed our order and much to our surprise, it was delicious!!I had the Korean Burger and my mom had the Avocado bacon. We also had fries, lemonade, Strawberry and Chocolate shakes.But honestly, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service these two women provided. They would go from table to make sure everyone had what they needed and shared their beautiful smiles and their lovely disposition with every person they encountered. They should both be recognized for their exceptional service and that establishment is fortunate to have them there. “Hierro Light Bakery is absolutely phenomenal. To start, the owner Laura is lovely. She is so sweet, accommodating, professional, and truly passionate about her craft. I contacted her because I needed 2 cakes for 2 very special occasions, and she made me feel like they were for her own personal special occasions. The recipients of one of the cakes is a hard-core KETO and fitness maniac, so it was crucial that it was keto, but I also of course wanted it to be delicious ☺. The consensus was off the charts. He not only loved it, but he also said it was the most amazing KETO cake he has ever had, and he tries (and bakes himself) tons of different recipes and products. The other recipient is not strict KETO, but also said it was one of the best cakes he has ever had and raved for days about the quality and deliciousness. Outside of being delicious, they were beautifully presented and delivered right on time. I will absolutely use Hierro Light again (and again), and would recommend Laura and her amazing products to anyone, whether you are KETO or not!!“
