And our little subway in the express lane in southport has always got the sweetest employees. They're so fast at making sandwiches its almost an artform..lol and because of that, even when theres a line it goes super quick. Love our lil subway....!

“So we came in late last night at this particular Subway and the cashier Connie, was just phenomenal! She deserves to be the General Manager with the biggest raise possible, ASAP!!!! She had the store the cleanest I have ever seen a Subway in my whole life!! Even the air smelled clean!! She was beyond friendly and gave us top tier customer service!! She then informed us that certain items contained pork which we were so thankful for being notified about the items containing pork. Most establishments wouldn’t even bat an eye to answer the questions but Connie had no issues with clarifying our concerns, which we love!!! Ms. Connie is the definition of what amazing customer service and attitude should be like in the food industry!!!! 1000000000000/10 will DEFINITELY COME BACK thanks to Ms. Connie!! She also washed her hands, put on gloves, and used clean utensils while she was handling our food and the food was beyond delicious and fresh!!!! “A lot of really racist southern people have left comments here specifically calling out the ethnicity of the manager in combination with expressing experiences with bad service. I have lived in Panama City most of my life, between beach side and city side, minus 5 years in the military. I've probably eaten more subs than the spokes people for this company.

You normally don't think about excellence or quality when you're looking for a quick snack, but I'm sure we've all rarely witnessed a few staff or managers who struck us actually as caring. I see that here regularly. The food is clean, I don't have to argue about selections from the old vs the new menu, and I don't get up charged on the downlow for basic things like at some other Subways.

I will drive across town to a different franchise store to get the food I'm craving, I never have to do that here, and the meal at the end of my day is a joy, instead of a kick in the balls because it's poorly made and lukewarm.

Also: Jamaican people and others who have come here are a huge chunk of the population, and if that bothers you, you need to just grow up and accept it, or move away, because you don't deserve to have internet access or be a resident anywhere if you're racist.

Vegetarian options: You can style a sub with many veggies and sauces, and the sauces are really what make some of these subs pop when you're rolling veggie. Try sriracha or chipotle southwest, if you like a bit of zest or a little heat in your veggies.

Dietary restrictions: My gf gets a veggie sub the way she likes and swears its the best around she can find.

Kid-friendliness: Very laid back store, and they are nice to kids, but please don't let them destroy the building while you're staring into outer space lol.“

“I arrived for a drive thru order around 4pm today. There were only two employees working and they were slammed inside. I waited a good 20 minutes for my food at the window but they kept coming to the window to apologize and were kind. They even gave my kiddos a treat for the wait. Food was hot and made well. Kudos to hard workers!“
