Couldn't connect to the rt77 store wen we asked why they said the delivery didn't come therefore we would have to pay full price with ended up being 50.00. Went there to spend 21.00. The boy that served us was cool he apologized. We were sad and disappointed.“

“I hadn't been inside till just last Tuesday it was very clean and open I thought it was a sweet touch they had real flowers at each table shows they care about appreance. I will say they were that busy our food was out in about 3ish minutes we met some friends there and they came in a little after us and then they had a bit more people and their order was incorrect and missing items. No biggie we just had to ask for the missing items. However if it was drive thru we would have known till after leaving. So maybe they got flustered under the wave that came in.“

“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

“Chick-fil-A, Please *NEVER* take your grilled chicken wrap off of the menu. It is SO GOOD. I've had one 4 days in a row now, 😂 and it's become the only healthy option for me. Now the price is LOFTY, so... I shall take a break this weekend. I've been unwell for a long time since we (whole fam) caught COVID in mid-August. We don't have it now, just can't crush the lingering symptoms. With that said, the crunch from the dark greens & taste of your grilled chicken and the wrap itself? It's perfection. I don't even use 1/5 of the Garden Ranch dressing. Just a little bit because it's already amazing. If prices get too high to keep it on the menu, maybe make it only 1 pack of dressing per wrap, as 2 is way too much. I have a few packs of it in my refrigerator. I just wanted to give credit where it is due, as complaining seems to dominate these days. Also, the DAY CREW Stanford Station Chick-fil-A in Panama City, Florida is great! Please do not lose the wonderful lady who is always so kind to me & my daughter. She is the epitome of the best. We were there after school today, so i think it was some time between 2:30-3:30. My daughter is 10, and she sees and hears people being mean often, but she even said, "I love that lady. She's so nice." That speaks volumes. Keep up the excellent customer service & please do not make the wrap disappear on me. Thank you so much!“

“You can probably get a good burrito/bowl from other places as well; but what sets this place apart from everywhere else is the customer service! On Monday, I went in and for the first time and the 3 people working the counter (guessing college aged) were all phenomenal! In particular; Michael was exceptionally great. Something as simple as asking “how is your day going so far” with a smile and “yes sir” went a long way for me. In a world where customer service is hard to find and not even expected anymore; this was a nice change. I could go anywhere but I’ll definitely be returning here. A new Favorite in Panama City for sure!“

“Well everyone this is my official first time ever trying Jimmy Johns with the exception of my workplace the Panama City Beach Home Depot having the Pier Park location cater for special events with cold cuts, but now this place has hot subs, and I got the Roast Beef and Cheddar delicious only disappointment once choice for bread no biggie the toppings made up for it including the meat and cheese, it definitely blows Subway and Firehouse Subs out of the water and it’s next best thing to a Publix or Jersey Mike’s sub definitely will be back soon! 😁“

“Me and my kids eat at Taco Bell a lot. But we're never on this side of town. This is by far the best Taco Bell we have ever eaten at. The food was put together great! Not just slapped together with decent proportions. The customer service was amazing. All around best Taco Bell in Bay county!“

“I visited the shop tonight and Lori was working all by herself. Even though she was managing the entire store solo, she greeted every single guest who walked through the door. She apologized for the wait (which actually wasn't long at all!), but her efficiency and courtesy were top-notch.
The shop was spotless, and the sandwich bins looked incredibly fresh. Lori even took the extra time to help me understand my Subway rewards, all while maintaining the sweetest disposition. My sandwich was prepared perfectly! 🥪

“Reminds me of the summer of 1966. Eaton town New Jersey! Walk down to the local book store to pick up the latest Doc Savage book. Walked across the street and got a sub sandwich and large bottle of coke. Sat and read my book. Best taste in the world. The same flavors. Same seasonings.“

In the evening, ordered (3) 2 piece fish dinners (2) with okra and slaw, (1) with green beans and slaw, then (1) 4 piece fish dinner with corn and slaw. We asked for an additional side of okra (not in the bag) it was on the receipt. Tried to call the phone number 3 times, no answer. Was not about to drive back. We were exaused from traveling. Otherwise fast service, customer service was great. Just need to answer your phones. We are on vacation, drove all the way from manawa, wisconsin. “A lot of really racist southern people have left comments here specifically calling out the ethnicity of the manager in combination with expressing experiences with bad service. I have lived in Panama City most of my life, between beach side and city side, minus 5 years in the military. I've probably eaten more subs than the spokes people for this company.

You normally don't think about excellence or quality when you're looking for a quick snack, but I'm sure we've all rarely witnessed a few staff or managers who struck us actually as caring. I see that here regularly. The food is clean, I don't have to argue about selections from the old vs the new menu, and I don't get up charged on the downlow for basic things like at some other Subways.

I will drive across town to a different franchise store to get the food I'm craving, I never have to do that here, and the meal at the end of my day is a joy, instead of a kick in the balls because it's poorly made and lukewarm.

Also: Jamaican people and others who have come here are a huge chunk of the population, and if that bothers you, you need to just grow up and accept it, or move away, because you don't deserve to have internet access or be a resident anywhere if you're racist.

Vegetarian options: You can style a sub with many veggies and sauces, and the sauces are really what make some of these subs pop when you're rolling veggie. Try sriracha or chipotle southwest, if you like a bit of zest or a little heat in your veggies.

Dietary restrictions: My gf gets a veggie sub the way she likes and swears its the best around she can find.

Kid-friendliness: Very laid back store, and they are nice to kids, but please don't let them destroy the building while you're staring into outer space lol.“

“Decided to stop here for breakfast for the first time in a long time, the sandwich was warm, I asked for steak egg and cheese with green peppers and Chipotle. For some reason the Chipotle tasted spicy and sour? I don't recall it ever being spicy before, so it threw me off a bit, but overall it was filling.“
