“We were in St Augustine for DH’s birthday and stopped by for the best cup of coffee we’ve had in a long time!! So we decided to go again on early Sunday hoping they’d be open otw home! And they were!! Michael bright a complimentary bagel 🥯 LOADED with cream cheese and jalapeños. A minute later the largest, piping hot, DELICIOUS egg , cheese and bacon bagels arrived with our specialty coffees! Sloan and Michael, the owners, take care of their customers and produce an excellent product!!! Sweetwater will our first stop next time we visit!“

“Staff acts like they are doing you a favor by existing. The food is poorly constructed garbage. The wait time is long, which is worth it for good decent food, but not here. Served an egg sandwhich with not even enough egg to cover 1/2 of one piece of toast. Asked for another egg, was refused. The woman then walked into the kitchen right next to us and starting talking negatively about me knowing I could hear. I was with my 4 and 7 year old and my daughter noticed it. She has a reputation in town for being nasty. She assumes you are a tourist and doesnt care about the quality of her product because she counts on you not coming back to the town anyway. She already has your money, who cares if you had good service or decent food. The bathrooms are as gross as the way you are treated as a patron. Read all the reviews SOOOO many are people having the same experience!“

“We stopped by after eating supper in the area. Service was great. The ice cream was really good. There is a great selection of flavors. It was $14 something for two ice cream cones.
The old bad thing is they don’t have cake cones.“

Great service there was a few errors from my 50 or so orders already but each time they took my constructive feedback and improved the process. “Yummy doughnuts,hubby loved them so we went twice during our vacation. I did not like my ice coffee/cold brew here. Which I can
make ice coffee from my hubby's old hot coffee, so I'm not picky and this tasted odd to me (from out of state). Might be how they make it, not sure. Going to try just local starbucks. Otherwise doughnuts are great.“

“My love and I enjoyed breakfast at The West Egg. We primarily chose to go there based on the great reviews and the fact that they had keto options.
The service was wonderful. The woman who took our order and brought our food out was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious.
Seating is limited so we knew there was a possibility that we would get it to go if necessary. We were happy to sit right outside.

“It only took 1 morning for us to fall in love! Then we came every morning the rest of our week vacation. From the coffee to the owners everything is first-rate!! Heck I even learned how to make pie crust and quiches because their’s is so good! Such a great place to sit with friends or snuggle up on the front porch swing with a good cup of joe and a book. AND I can’t forget about the gorgeous array of flowers. It’s as if you’ve walked into a magical forest of happiness!“

“Wow! Came here because Calico Cactus supports the community (teacher appreciation love), but will return often because it was a great experience! Amanda, Robin and Isabel treated us like we were family! It's so clean and lovely inside! The food was out of this world! I'm not a big fan of breakfast tacos but now I can get enough! The way the homemade tortilla wraps softly around the crispy potato and scrambled egg made it the perfect handheld! The cheeses and sauces tied it together with great flavor and right amount of kick. The iced coffee cooled me down on a hot summer day-such a perfect brunch! Can't wait to bring friends!“

This charming little coffee house is a true neighborhood find! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a really warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can comfortably settle in with a book or catch up with a friend.
The coffee is consistently excellent—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They've got all the classics, of course, but I particularly enjoyed their specialty latte, which was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. They also have a nice selection of pastries and small bites that pair wonderfully with their drinks.
What really makes this spot stand out, though, is the service. The two women working there today, on July 27th, are incredibly friendly and efficient. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, and their welcoming demeanor adds so much to the overall experience. They're quick with orders, remember regulars, and are happy to offer recommendations.
If you're looking for a relaxed spot with great coffee and genuinely kind service, this coffee house is definitely worth a visit. It's a delightful place to start your day or enjoy a quiet afternoon pick-me-up.“

“Today my.sandwich was just thrown together quickly, messy and gross but I go here a lot and besides this morning it's always been perfect. That kid making sandwiches didn't pay attention to any detail or appearance of the food he was giving out to customers. The young guy running front counter was wonderful as always and he's usually making the croissants and they've always been perfect!!!“

“There is not enough Stars for the Starbucks on State Road 16 in St Augustine Florida I think there needs to be an option to add more stars because their customer service was phenomenal I'm talking about I felt a good Hospitality this is serious and her service not just hers every lady that was in that store came across with excellent quality and customer service so I told the lady I think I know what I want but I don't I want a coffee with a lots of espresso and with flavor and she recommended me the new brown sugar oats shaking espresso delicious that lady knows her business great job thank you all I knew is I wanted coffee“

Seriously, this is the best Starbucks. The food is good, the coffee is good, the baristas are kind, the store is clean, and the line always moves quickly. It feels like someone grabbed a Starbucks out of 2005 and dropped it in the middle of 2025.“
