Dunkin' Donuts in St. Augustine

“I came up for a few days from west palm, my mom from naples. We love your town, and have come 4 times to this particular DD! people are friendly, and let me tell you the guy that cooks the sandwiches, he told me his name was Alex, made me the most PERFECT bacon jam grilled cheese! I came yest. , and asked what it tasted like (girl at register couldnt describe, but alex did! ) so i decided to come w my mom back to this DD instead of hotel breakfast to give a try and WOW! cheese pull, toasted to perfection … i LOVED IT!! Hes a hard worker and so nice! Props!!“

“Drive through is good, quick w talking orders, making? Depends when you're there and who's in .They're front door never closes, broken. Always huge turn over, never know who's gonna take your order correctly. Coming room dirty most of the time“

“I don't get to come to dunkin often but I love coming to this one because the staff is SO friendly and fun to talk to while they get our orders. They're very attentive to what you want as well and quick with getting your stuff to you. Love their friendly atmosphere! Probably my choice dunkin to be stopping at!“

“My “Dunkalatte” add mocha was fantastic, and the cashier was incredibly kind with a great personality. She ever recommended a drink that I’m interested in trying the next time (Dunkalatte add caramel & blueberry.)

“All I can say is this will always be my favorite location. The staff are more than happy to go above and beyond for you. I experienced an unfortunate situation as I was placing our order in the drive thru. The staff came out to help without hesitation and made our morning!!! Thank you to kind staff that helped a mother in a time of need. And a special thanks to the father who taught his daughter to jump a car. In a time I could cry these ladies showed kindness and compassion.“

“Our church was hosting a Ladies Day event when our coffee machine suddenly stopped working. My friend and I rushed to the Dunkin on SR16, hoping they could help us get a large batch of coffee made as quickly as possible. Without hesitation, the amazing crew jumped right into action and started brewing fresh coffee immediately!

When we went to leave, we noticed the lid on the large carafe wouldn’t close properly on one side. I didn’t feel comfortable driving with it like that—but then Diva, one of the employees, graciously offered to drive it herself! She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the coffee made it safely to our event.

To Diva and the entire SR16 Dunkin team in St. Augustine — thank you for saving our day! You made a room full of ladies very happy with your kindness, quick teamwork, and (of course) delicious coffee! ☕💖“

“Whenever I go to a dunkin I have a 50/50 shot on them making my drink right. But most of the time it’s wrong. I always get a medium mocha frozen coffee. Sometimes it’s pure liquid (opposed to being slushy). Sometimes it tastes like they didn’t put enough flavor in it and the color is super light. Other times the liquid it almost the color of Hershey syrup AND they add a drizzle into the sides of the cup- tasting like garbage. Sometimes they don’t add a drizzle. I’ve had 3 drinks at 3 different locations and this one is the first to get it right. So thanks!“

“Everything tasted great - and I spilled a few drips of coffee on my white shirt went up to the counter (really just hoping, knowing they probably wouldn’t) asked if have any vinegar or baking soda, they didn’t but after I came back from the bathroom this girl behind the counter let me use her TIDE PEN.
