“Fresh, delicious sushi and hibachi. Restaurant ambience was very nice, cleanly, super friendly, and efficient service by Tristen. Greeted with complimentary soup upon seating and a delicious appetizer, and complementary dessert. One of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had, the fancy sushi roll, pictured. Even a small souvenir included, highly recommend this restaurant.“

“We wanted to get away for the touristy spots for dinner and found this highly spot! The service was friendly! Our sushi was fresh and delicious! We were blown away by how good the sushi was, the salmon melted in my mouth and the eel was cooked to perfection! Such a lovely find after eating heavy the past few days!!“

“We have only been here for lunch but the quality is excellent. We like the bento box lunch special because of the variety it includes (soup, egg roll, sushi and entree). We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. We plan to go back in the near future.“

“Food is excellent! If you visit this restaurant please do yourself a favor and ask for the #11 and the Trinity roll. Tuna and the other two working at the sushi bar are super friendly and give you a really great experience. Definitely worth it!“

“Great prices, good food, and sushi were really good! Usually small places like this are inconsistent but this was such a great find. We ordered sushi and hamachi and both were delicious and we were so pleased with the turn out. Will definitely be back when we come back for another visit to st Augustine!!“

Absolutely incredible atmosphere sitting at the bar watching your sushi made from Kenny, he is a master of his craft!
Extremely friendly and kind staff with wonderful food and sweet tea!
Took pictures but the food was so good we started eating before I could grab a picture lol!

“I've been to hibachi restaurants all over and this one was great. Service was wonderful and the chef made it a super fun experience for my daughter especially. Huge portions, the usual fun fire/egg tricks, and delicious food. Sushi was also exceptional!
One confusing bit - website/Google said reservations required, which we called and made. But upon arrival, there was a large sign that said they don't take reservations. We checked right in and had no issue but just something to note!“

“Ichiban Buffet is a really good place for Asian food. Plenty of options to choose from. Sushi options are good and they have a hibachi grill with lots to choose from! Modestly priced, it's a great value for anyone who's got an empty belly to fill!“

“I have eaten at the restraunt a couple times inside and it has been awesome everytime so I do recommend eating there. Service has always been awesome, but Do not order to go. The food quality to go is nowhere close to when eat eat there and that's disappointing. I ordered hibatchi chicken and shrimp to go and pretty good chicken and shrimp floating in sauce and a bunch of onions and carrots floating in watery sauce. Will never order to go again. Especially when my whole order was over 75 dollars.“

“This is one of the very best Sushi restaurants that i have ever eaten at. The service was spectacular and the selection of sushi and sashimi was stupendous. I have eaten in many Sushi restaurants and I have to say this is by far my favorite . Whenever we are in St. Augustine I know we will eat there again. My husband, who does not like sushi, also loved the food he was able to get.“
