“This was my first time eating here and it won’t be my last. The police was really clean and I am very excited for the new ownership of the building, the place was really clean and inviting so I did not mind waiting. The staff was OK. I think I may have annoyed the lady running the cash register because I took so long and couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted. But I did try shrimp hibachi it was really good and everything was fresh. The rice was sticky just like how I liked it. I also appreciate that you get two shrimp sauces or Yum Yum sauces with your hibachi order so that was great. The fried cheesecake was so delicious, crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. Love,love, love, the food. $19 + tip is pretty pricey for 1 plate and a slice of cheesecake, however try again.“

“My husband craves some ramen and we happened to be near Green Cove and was looking for a ramen restaurant. Glad we decided to try this place. The ramen is sooo tasty with full of umami. Even my picky 6 yrs old and toddler loves the ramen! We'll definitely be back and try the poke bowls next time. Come and support this place!“

“We decided to do our secret Santa gift exchange at Ten Zushi on Christmas day. Overall we all had a great experience and we will definitely be back. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was really nice. The service is what really set Ten Zushi above the rest. I feel like the staff made sure to check on us just enough and ensure we were all having a great lunch. At the end of the meal they even gave us two free desserts because we were celebrating the holiday with family.“

The food was hot and fresh, which is always a plus in my book. We ordered the sesame chicken bento box it included 2 fried chicken dumplings, 4 california rolls,fried rice vegetables, and tempura shrimp It also came with a side salad. Habachi chicken bento box. I really enjoyed my meal.“

“I ordered the salmon Bento box and there was a lot of food and I was really amazed and it was great. I was surprised how big it was. There was shrimp, tempura and tempura vegetables included. That was absolutely outstanding . The salmon was delicious not outstanding but delicious and then I ordered some sushi on the side and it was really great and fresh. Even the mackerel was really fresh. They put a piece of lettuce underneath it - if only they put shredded radish under the sashimi I would eat here probably every night. I just love shredded radish. But seriously their food is the best. Their people are friendly - the soup was very delicious and I had clear soup and the salad with ginger dressing was absolutely delicious. The salad was cold and crisp. The Sashimi and the roll that came in the Bento box was very good and very fresh. It’s one of the best experiences that I’ve had in this area and I go to many of the sushi places.“

“I only put a 3 for the atmosphere because I rarely sit in and eat at Hokkaido, but it's always clean when I go in to pick up my food. If ever my food isn't ready when I arrive, the music selection is decent and they have a/c lol I have yet to be disappointed!“

“The best AYCE sushi restaurant in Northeast Florida, period. Great variety of sushi and appetizers/kitchen items on lunch and dinner menus alike, good à la carte selection as well. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Unlike many other AYCE restaurants in Jacksonville you can order everything you want at once however there is a fee for wasted rolls/nigiri. Highly recommend to any lovers of Asian cuisine.“

“First visit as a picky Pad Thai lover and was NOT disappointed. It was so flavorful and perfect. You can watch the chef cook while waiting and the atmosphere is quaint and inviting, but small.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is Wheelchair Accessible however, this is a small location and they have a long center table that they use to place their to-go orders on, so I'm not about comfort.“

“Edit- used to be great but service is a joke. They tell you order is 30 mins for something. When it’s been 45 and you ask about it they act like you are bothering them. Still waiting. Said how much longer? Couldn’t answer. The guy never apologized. I’m pretty sure I would have gotten my order with an hour wait but I got my refund and went elsewhere. They have done this several times with to go orders for me not being ready or even close with their time estimate. Not coming back again. So good always! Thank u for everything!“

“This place was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted immediately and sat. The waiter took our drink order right away and then brought back a free holiday roll. It was delish. Shortly after we placed our order and did not wait very long to get our food. I got the Austin powers roll. My fiancé got the crazy roll. We split the gyoza. All of which was tasty. Staff was nice and helpful. Atmosphere was nice.“
