Fabulous food, wonderful ambience and friendly helpful staff Can’t wait to return with my husband.
We came on our boat with a party of 10 and sat outside. The service was extremely slow due to the bar. The food was so bad we had to send back almost every meal. The Aji tuna was spoiled, the wahoo could not even be cut with a fork. The salmon was bad as well. They were out of oysters and Maine lobster the manager did come over and apologized and took the meals off our check and was very apologetic. Otter's on the Water offers a wonderful dining experience with exceptional customer service. The menu may seem pricey, but the generous portions, such as the 6-8 oz Lobster Roll, justify the cost. The atmosphere is delightful, with a great view of the water, and the patio is dog-friendly. The menu features a variety of dishes, including fish and chips, chicken, Cuban sandwiches, and salads, all of which are excellent. Despite potential parking issues, the service is great, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings.
