“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!“

“My family and I visited Tony's Pizza for dinner during a recent vacation. The food was made to order and was fresh and hot when it was served. The pizza and the garlic bread were delicious. The restaurant is small, but cozy and has a family feel to it. The value was great, too! There were five of us and the prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend Tony's.“

“We were visiting St Augustine for a couple of days and both of our dinners were from Carmelo’s pizza. The first night we had supreme special pizza. Yum! Last night was lasagna and salad with artichoke, peppers, feta cheese and more. Sorry didn’t remember the name of it. It also was delicious! If we come back to St Augustine, we will be eating here. Not only because the food is delicious but everyone is happy and really great at customer service. Jean - on the left both times on the phone with our orders but also in person makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the shop. I am a manager in customer service and the service she gave to me and the customer service that the team gives each other is outstanding. “We like Mellow Mushroom and have been to several different locations. This one was skimpy on the topping for us. So I just took off one star. As for the atmosphere: I’ve always enjoyed each individual restaurant. Our waitress was on top of everything even tho she had to do table while also running the bar.“

We normally would get pizza on Friday's but haven't in a while cause the other place was very greasy and just not good. So happy to finally go here. “My mother ordered a pizza online as a guest on pizzahut.com. For some reason or another, her choice of extra cheese did not make the ticket and it came up as no cheese. After picking it up and realizing it, I took it back in, and I spoke with The employee that was there. They were so incredibly nice. They even kept the wings in the box warm for us while they made her a new pizza. If you are going to order from Pizza Hut, this is a great location because they were so very nice big thumbs up for this crew“

“Purple Olive never disappoints, offers a diverse menu of deliciously executed dishes, great staff and reasonably priced. Fortunately, we made reservations for opening night at new location and the food was stellar! The renovations are lovely and bar area warm and inviting. We started with a shared crab cake appetizer and pleasantly surprised. For our entrees we ordered the Mahi encrusted in macadamia nuts with a mango rum butter over jasmine rice with wok stir fried vegetables and the Korean style short rib with same rice and veg set up. No room for dessert this time, but if you haven’t tried their chocolate gateau please do, you will not regret. Kudos to Chef Peter and his staff.“

“We had no prior knowledge of Blackfly. We chose it because it was close to our rental.  We smiled as soon as we walked in the side door leading to the bar area and everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. The further we entered the very well decorated restaurant the more we knew we had made a good choice.  To us, the best reason to visit St. Augustine is dining at the Blackfly!  We went all out and had drinks,  appetizers, their version of Coquille St. Jacques and their Chilli lime shrimp. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection with exceptional sauces. Main course was a Chef's Special which was baked shrimps, scallops over a bed of thai noodles and a sauce to die for.  I had the bone in Pork chop cooked medium rare and it was delicious.  Blackfly has a vast selection of wines in their wine cellar and we enjoyed a nice Honig sauvignon blanc.   Kudos to Matt, our server, who throughout the evening gave us the right amount of attention and space to relax for our entire dining experience.  The food was so good and well prepared that I was compelled to go to the kitchen to thank the staff and gave a large tip for the kitchen staff . Our evening at Blackfly was the highlight of our trip.  Thank you Vaughn and staff, you have an outstanding establishment.“
