The food quality was mixed. I got a Dave's double it was.good. my friend got the chicken sandwich and he said it was awful. The service was fine. We were served but the staff didn't have the attitudes that they wanted to be there. The lobby was empty but wasn't cleaned very well. I most likely will not be back to this location.
Even when you put in a mobile order with a pick up time, 30 mins ahead of your arrival and then arrive and the store and drive thru are empty but they park you because your food is not done is absolutely terrible customer service. This kind of service is why they don’t deserve over 12 dollars an hour.

I asked for an extra salad dressing for my salad at the menu board. I asked again at the pickup window. I was told that there were two in the bag. When I got home, there was only one. I called to complain and was hung up on. I called back and it went to voicemail. Hanging up on a customer is NEVER a good idea. I went from minor irritation to furious at that click. Wendys is out of the weekly rotation for a while.
