Sara gave excellent service and great conversation while waiting on everyone at the bar. I am a server and that is a big compliment from me. Kudos for hiring such great staff. “Ordered the Black Garlic Ramen and Fried Chicken Wings for take out on 8/4 PM.

The team was awesome. The girl at the counter that took my to-go was so patient while I decided what I wanted. I had a sake at the bar while I waited, and the waitress that tended to me was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision.

On to the food...the broth was amazing and the pork was grilled to perfection (at other places I've tried, they grill it too tough to bite into). The noodles were noodles, but everything else made up for that. Whomever bagged my order put in chili oil which really sent the dish over the top. *chef's kiss*

I'm very happy I tried the wings before I left (I live about 30 min away), as they were divine, fresh. They didn't really hold that well by the time I got home (I could've tried air-frying them, but I was hungry 🤷🏼‍♀️).

I do wish enoki and narutomaki were available as add-ons, but that's only one person's POV.

Overall, highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

“As a business owner, I know that exceptional customer service doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from a company culture that truly values its customers.

Today I stopped by Blaze to pick up an order while it was absolutely pouring outside. I parked near the entrance and planned to wait in my car until the rain slowed down. To my surprise, I noticed an employee grab a large umbrella and walk out to my vehicle. He escorted me to the door, waited while I picked up my order, and then walked me back to my car under the umbrella.

This may seem like a small gesture, but it’s the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. It wasn’t required, it wasn’t expected, and it certainly wasn’t convenient for him. It was simply someone taking the initiative to take care of a customer.

As someone who manages employees and understands how challenging it is to build a service-oriented team, I want to recognize both this employee and the management that created an environment where this level of care is encouraged.

The service was even better, the young girl (Neveah)at the register was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, i would employ her! “I love Panera bread so much. The connivence of not only placing an order online to pick up in the curbside but also having the option of the drive though is incredible.
