“My son, mom and I stopped in for an early dinner after my son's basketball game. This was our 1st time here and we absolutely loved the food. I highly recommend the "Cool ranch rider" has a nice kick to it the only thing I did differently was ranch instead of mayo and banana peppers instead of hot peppers. My son had the "Turkey bacon" minus onion and tomato as well as sub the mayo for ranch he absolutely loved it!! My mom got the "Roast Beast" loved hers as well!! We decided to try the Lemon Blueberry cheesecake, it too was delicious!! We will definitely be back!! The ladies that helped us with our order were super sweet and made us feel very welcomed!! Loved the vibe. Reggae music playing as well, just overall a great place!! We were at the 3rd Avenue location for reference!!“

“I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Phil, who took care of us yesterday (6/5/2025) at Chicken Salad Chick on 4th Street North in St. Petersburg. We came in right at closing, and not once did he make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Phil was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and had such a positive, upbeat spirit that honestly made our whole evening.

Even though it was the end of the day, he took the time to walk us through the menu, explain what was still available, and even gave us helpful tips on how to make our order better for next time when we aren’t so last minute. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, and it meant a lot.

It’s rare to come across service like that these days someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and makes guests feel valued. Phil was informative, friendly, and just a breath of fresh air. I had such a good experience, and it’s people like him who make you want to come back.

“Brandon, one of the workers is great with people and my birthday is today and they gave me a free sub. Usually you have to do it on the app but recently got phone had an issue with my account so I had to re-download the app, but that didn’t matter they know both my mother and I so they honored that for us thank you firehouse subs you rock!!“

“Just got the most perfect roast beef sandwich. Couldn’t decide between the southern potato salad or the macaroni salad so I got both. The macaroni is definitely my new favorite thing. Can’t wait to go back again and try something new. It’s right by Abercrombie Park too which makes for a nice afternoon adventure.“

“This is, like others in the reviews have mentioned, the cleanest Subway I've ever been in. Veggies and everything were stocked up, and well, including the sauces. Fastest service I've had at a Subway as well. There was a new girl (didn't get her name, but she did very well for her first or second day there) and I was quite impressed with how she handled how busy it got in the short time I was there. She was very attentive, a great listener, and was patient with me. The people there with her training her seemed like they were happy to have her there, which was refreshing to see at a fast food restaurant. I got my usual sandwich, which was the rotisserie style chicken bacon ranch sandwich on the Italian herbs and cheese bread.. (I'm lactose intolerant, and the bread is all I can manage to handle, so I get no cheese on the actual sandwich, haha).. didn't get pictures due to the rain today, so if and when I come back, I'll make sure I update my rating with photos.. also got a white macadamia nut cookie for my man.. definitely recommend this location for any Subway.. best service I've had at one in a few months, and they change their gloves after each customer, which is nice as well. It's rare you see that at places any more.

Dietary restrictions: Like I mentioned in my above rating, I'm lactose intolerant, and they were attentive when I mentioned no cheese on my sandwich.

Parking: Small lot, since it's in a small strip plaza.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have one parking spot for wheelchair access right in front of the store, which is convenient for people who need it.“

“The young man with the dreads and beard has awesome customer service! You can tell he really loves his job at Subway and he tries his hardest to make sure that every sub is to perfection. I know that Subway is very proud to have an employee that represents their company well. Blessings.“

“We will come only to this location from now on. All other locations, 4th st & 34th st are nasty & the employees are rude.
This location is always friendly, the veggies are always fresh, and they make the sandwiches cleanly, not just throw it together.“

“Best subway I've been to so far the employees are patient and understanding and professional when dealing with rude customers making us wait in line because they took up more time not ordering 2 subs ahead of time when they got to register making them run back and forth for an order but still got to me and apologized for the wait love the atmosphere they provided would recommend to friends or couples needing a place to eat and relax and the employees are very funny tell good puns and dad jokes they seem to have fun ?“

“I was THAT guy that walked in 7 minutes before close. It was chaos getting a wife and two kids packed and ready to leave which put us behind schedule. The girl that attended us was very friendly and accommodating disregarding the annoyance of staying until late. It was much appreciated.
