“It’s a small counter service place with some indoor seating, so it’s not fancy, but MAN. I had the friend shrimp with baked beans and Mac and cheese, and it was freaking DELICIOUS. It was busy but fast and my shrimp was freshly fried— not the heavy batter either, the good crispy bits, you know? Baked beans are sweet and tangy and the Mac and cheese was great too, clearly homemade. I’m sad I didn’t get more.Menu included oxtail, meatloaf l, fried fish, chicken, pork chops….Collard greens, mashed potatoes, green beans. Super yummy if you want homestyle eats.“

“Me and my friend love Rays Vegan Soul! She is a hardcore vegan but I consider myself a baby vegan. This was our second time here and we were not disappointed! I recommend coming earlier in the day so you get first dibs on the food. Last time we came, it was closer to closing and he was out of alot of items. This time we got there about an hour after he opened and he had everything! We will be back fa sho!“
