On December 6, 2023, the SPYC hosted the annual SILVER BELLS fundraiser Gala for the St Petersburg Opera Guild. They have hosted in the past and it's always been a great event. This year, the SP Opera Guild and the SP Yacht Club created a SPECTACULAR event. Shannon Nylander from the Catering department was an amazing ally. She worked with the committee on every detail. Great spot for our networking meetings and great view on the top bar area.
Went to the yacht club for a quarterly meeting and had the breakfast buffet, great atmosphere and great food!

The St. Petersburg Yacht Club (SPYC) is a 5-diamond yacht club known for hosting world-class regattas and rich traditions since 1909. In December 2023, SPYC hosted the annual SILVER BELLS fundraiser Gala for the St. Petersburg Opera Guild, which was a spectacular success. Shannon Nylander from the Catering department was an amazing ally, working closely with the committee on every detail and responding quickly to calls and emails. The Banquet Manager, Michael Gaisford, also played a vital role in overseeing the event. The food was delicious, and the venue was clean and well-managed. The staff, including the valet, waitstaff, and front desk, were friendly and helpful, contributing to a great experience. The bathrooms were well maintained and noted to be fantastic. Overall, SPYC offers exceptional service and amenities, making it a wonderful place for events and gatherings.
