“It's been a while since we've had Krystal's, as we do not have any of these restaurants left in our hometown.
So when we were passing through and saw that this location has one, we definitely had to stop and it was a great decision.
The staff that were working during our visit were all very friendly, very helpful and they seemed to be enjoying their jobs. They were laughing and joking, but still getting other customers in drive thru taken care of in a timely manner. The young man that was there mentioned the pilot light going out on one of the fryers, and he was able to get it relit and we were impressed. He knew his way around his kitchen. One young lady was leaving for the day, boy could she talk, but they were all very friendly and everyone seemed to get a long well.
We had zero issues with our order, sat there and enjoyed our meals, and just how well this location seemed to run.
When we had Krystal restaurants in our hometown (there used to be 3), the wait used to be ridiculous. 20 minutes was the minimum wait before you were walking out with your food, or sitting down to eat. Not this location. We were very impressed. It could very well be the area, and the quality of people.
But we were so pleased with our experience, and hope that we can return on our next trip through.

*I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because Krystal could update their locations. The place was clean, and one young lady insisted she clean off all remaining tables before she left for the day.“

Jennifer, the employee assisting me, went above and beyond by checking if the lunch menu items were available since breakfast was still being served. Along with her coworker, they were efficient, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.“

“This is THE BEST KFC I have ever been to! Other locations have deterred me from coming back for years! I ordered for my fam of five last week and walked into a CLEAN store, kindness and attentiveness at the counter and fried chicken that was piping hot and cooked to perfection 👏👏👏 I'm back again, so mamma don't have to cook .
