“Joey's Kitchen Food Truck catered our spring event for our neighborhood this weekend and it was such a success because of him! The food was wonderful, hot and fresh and delicious! Plus he had a special treat for all the kids! Italian ice with a variety of flavors!! I will only use him for our events! I highly recommend!!“

“Food was great, waitress Cassie was friendly and just attentive enough. The Parmesan crusted chicken is always perfectly cooked and seasoned, and my husbands T-bone was cooked a perfect medium rare. It was perfectly seasoned too, just enough salt and pepper and both the chicken and steak melted in our mouths, very juicy. The Wild West shrimp appetizer is always great. My husband liked his salad and baked potato soup. My asparagus was overcooked and I didn’t care for the lobster and shrimp chowder as it was all shrimp (they were juicy though) and little flavor but everything else was delicious. This is a good LongHorn. We had a good time and enjoyed the food very much. We’ll be back.“

“Great steak, and sides. Aged porterhouse is the way to go. The onion strings are perfect. This is the best steak restaurant in Florida. The aged steak is comparable to Peter Lugers, except they are very nice here, unlike the rude Peter Lugers staff. The owner used to work there and has the best steaks and sauce. This is a place to celebrate.“
“Service was exemplary. We opted for the boneless ribeye which was cooked to order and well presented. Wine list was very good with most wines available by the glass as well as the bottle. I would recommend Oak and Ember in Stuart to anyone who enjoys a good steak and dinner with superlative service“
