I stopped off at a Local Restaurant in downtown Stuart Called The Gafford and this is there story.

Amazing food!! Wowza really impressed double bone chops rocked!
Tonight I was disappointed to see a 3.99% fee being added to credit card charges. This is SO tacky! It’s especially obnoxious in a higher end restaurant. It should be accounted for In the establishments cost of doing business, not passed to the consumer who already spends enough. Not everyone carries cash and are then surprised by this surcharge. Restaurants that do this lose my business.
