“We gave our name and were told, “30 minutes.” After one hour checked and were told, “7 ahead of you.” After one hour and 15 minutes were told, “2 ahead of you.” After watching 4 go ahead of us checked again. Manager said, “ thousands are checking in every day. We’re doing what we can.” After one hour and 45 minutes, and harassment from us, we were finally seated. Very poor experience.“

“It doesn’t get much better than lunch at the Chop House at Lake Sumter on a lazy Thursday! We were welcomed with a smile by Lily Seger, our hostess and taken care of like VIPs by our amazing server Mecah Baker. The breeze was perfect, the Chop House Burger was delicious, and the Ribeye Sandwich? Maybe the best ever. “We went to the Fiests Grande restaurant today (2-1-25). Somebody told the manager that my husband was stealing a cup that was on another table. My husband saw the cup and was showing me how cool it was (we are seniors and if my husband liked a cup that he saw he would have asked our server if the restaurant sold them, we do not have to steal. Nor were we dressed poorly.) So, the manager came over to us, and demanded to look in my husband's bag. I felt so bad for my husband! The look on his face! He was mortified! She did not find a cup, because my husband did not take anything. She embarrassed my husband and me in front of everyone. I approched the manager and told her she was out of line and she told me she had to protect her customers...well, my husband and I were also her customers, she didn't protect us from public humiliation! She also told me " I am Mexican, I know how it feels. I don't know what she meant by that. We will never visit that restaurant again, and probably won't go to Mt. Dora again either! Needless to say, our beautiful day was ruined.“

“Each time I go, I'm impressed wjth the casual but effective and friendly service. They make great recs, are not rushed, and on top of beverage refills.
It's so nice to have a solid Vietnamese restaurant in town.
I think many go for the pho but give some other entrees a try. #19 is a killer for flavor and quantity. Pick the porkchop. You won't regret it.“

“The food here is so delicious. we're so happy my mom moved so close, so we decided to taste it. We were pleasantly surprised. My favorite is the chicken francese- pure heaven...so tender, nice & lemony- lots of francese sauce. the salad is awesome- I love the sweet peppers & olives- the garlic house dressing is also amazing The warm crispy sliced Italian bread with the olive oil to dip is mouth watering!!! My husband got the chicken marsala & it was also delicious. The food reminds me of food from NY restaurants . Our server Kimberly was kind and attentive and got our orders perfect... This is going to be our regular Italian restaurant. we've now eaten here over 3 x and it remains 100% consistent. thank you Napolinos“

“bagels are as close to NYC as you'll find. However, even with the place empty it still took 8 minutes to butter a bagel and hand it to me. Slow service is their tradermark over many years“

“Great place for breakfast and lunch and then dinner. No complaints just had 2 child coffees, the dark roast and the hazelnut and want pleased but overall very nice restaurant and in a great location too.

By far the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. The store was out of soda entirely to start off our visit. I ordered the grilled chicken club and the cashier accidentally rung it up wrong. After sitting down I noticed the honest mistake and brought it up to the counter. I offered to pay for the bacon and the cheese to make the order a club. The waitress said that’s fine they would just fix it because it was their mistake. I sit down with my friends who had already picked up their food and 10 minutes passed before an employee came out and told me the only options are for them to remake the sandwich or bring me the toppings in a bowl. I told her that I had not received any food, so I asked if they could put the toppings on the sandwich because I had not gotten anything yet. She said she would go back to ask, another 10 minutes pass and no one came out yet. I go up to the counter again to ask for an update and they said they are working on it. I go back to the table to sit down and a female manager comes to the table to say I haven’t paid the for cheese and bacon so they needed payment to bring it to me. Which I had already offered to do multiple times. They ask for the $2.00, which i immediately give them so I can hopefully get my order. They come back with my regular grilled chicken sandwich without the bacon and the cheese that they had me pay separately for. I walk up to the counter a third time to ask for the cheese and bacon only to be told again they are working on it. I spent over 30 minutes waiting on my food and the staff was not easy to work. As a former chick fil a team member this location is no where near chick fil a standards for customer service.“
