Very disappointed with Crafty Crab (Tallahassee – Northeast).
I placed an online order that was made wrong, and the fish came out burnt and black—my mother couldn’t even eat it after taking her medicine.
I stayed very professional and explained that I was willing to return the food, but I planned to send someone else. The manager, Constance, told me the food had to be returned before they could make a new order and then hung up on me.

I have been to all of Tallahassee’s locations but capital circle location is my overall favorite. Great food and wonderful customer service.
This was our first time eating at the "Crafty Crab." Our waitress Ronnie was super sweet and absolutely amazing... Food was perfect and we will be returning soon....
